Very nice staff and customer service, easy and quick check-in. They upgraded my room as it was my first time booking with them which was great. I would recommend providing vanity kit in the rooms for customer comfort, and also better cleanliness in the pool ( not sure when was the last time the pool was cleaned !)

Awesome service at The Oak and Grain Thanks to the ladies worked morning shift assisted me to add my daughter for breakfast meal. The front desk lady working morning shift was not able to do this for me. Sadly, the front desk checked me in was not there. It could have been done conveniently. Thanks again to the effort of those ladies at Oak and Grain restaurant, Hilton is lucky to have you there.

Nice room. Clean. Quiet.

Everything is fine for the price point. However, if have a car, you may encounter an issue as they have a limited parking lot. The adjacent lot is tow monitored and not for guests.

The only glitch we had was at check in because there was a power outage. The key cards didn’t work at the pool and then at our room. They fixed it up pretty quickly. We had a great family mini vacation :)

Very nice room, excellent restaurant

Hotel was clean and staff was great. The pool was kept very clean which is a huge bonus! The gym is simple but good for a hotel. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were kept clean. Overall nice hotel!

Poor parking

Very friendly staff upon check in. Appreciated the complimentary upgrade to executive floor.

The only thing I do not appreciate was every time I book a specific room it gets changed when I arrive and always downgraded with no refund of fees.
