Very beautiful location and courteous staff

Staff asked if I had any complaints. I usually ALWAYS have a least one thing to complain about. But, with this place I really couldn't think of one thing that I didn't like. I took me a good 2 minutes to come up with at least one thing that I didn't like. And, that was their chocolate cake. So, out of everything if the only thing I won't like about my stay is the chocolate cake... then I am really staying at a 5 star. Also, this hotel is SUPER CLEAN and you can smell how could it is before you even enter the hotel.

A fabulous hotel. Great location overlooking the beach & only a 5 minute walk into Marbella Old Town. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of options. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly & professional.

Great hotel. Great location. One of the elevators was not working. But, other than that, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel. The staff work hard to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are so comfortable too. The breakfast and cocktails were fantastic and for us this hotel is in a great location right near the old town. Will defo be going back!

The property was beautiful, the pool and beach side were amazing. Staff was excellent and the room was very nice. The breakfast every morning was incredible. Family friendly but also perfect for adults looking to relax. Overall would recommend.

Staying at El Fuerte Marbella was an amazing experience! The hotel is right by the sea, so we enjoyed refreshing swims in the ocean as well as relaxing moments in the rooftop pool.Our room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. There are plenty of dining options, but the rooftop restaurant, Edge, was absolutely stunning—perfect for a special dinner with breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location absolutely cannot be beat. It is right next to the old town but on the promenade (the boardwalk) right on the beach with lovely restaurants. The breakfast was also the best out of any hotel I have stayed at anywhere. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would never stay anywhere else if I went back to Marbella.

Top class hotel with very friendly staff. Check-in team were excellent and helped us with a courier issue. Breakfast choice excellent. Waiters could be more friendly and less abrupt, but otherwise wonderful stay and great central location.

Amazing views and beach.

We really enjoyed our 9 night stay at the Fuerte, staff were very nice (a special thank you to Georges for being so kind and helpful to us), we were always made to feel welcome, from the restaurant staff to the attendants at the front door. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel is very conveniently located. The only let down was the beach in front of the hotel, once you are in the water, the ocean floor has large rocks that make it a real challenge. There was also a lot of seaweed the week we were there, I know it’s not something the hotel can control, but it was a damper on our otherwise great week.

The upgraded interiors, the breakfast, the rooftop pool and bar, were all excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel . We had a wonderful stay. Staff excellent and reception highly efficient . Great food available for lunch and the breakfast buffet is fabulous with everything you could possibly want .Need to be careful regarding room choice / allocation as some rooms look away from the property with a disappointing view of neighbouring apartments and waste area . Also some partial sea view room have a huge tree mostly blocking the wonderful view . My room was quickly swapped to a fantastic alternative with minimal inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel - also 5 minute walk to the Old Town which is very convenient .
