No microwave inside room. Room is still extremely cold even when we turn up heat. Smells horrible in the room

Some rooms were located in a noisy area . We were able to move so that did help.

The hotel is a good comfortable stay. It is not super fancy, but if you want good night sleep, central location and easy biking around Wascana or a quick drive to the airport (but away from airport noise), then this is a good pick.

Great hotel, doesn't look the greatest from the outside but renovated and clean on the inside. Very nice stay.

Front office clerk was as cold as ice. Efficient yet has the personality of a cactus - prickly.

We had a good stay and the room itself was good. It’s evident that some things have been updated recently in the rooms like mattresses and the tub/shower, but the carpets are not in the best condition. The place overall is in need of a bit of repair, including some water damage in the hallway ceilings.

Value: good accommodation at a competitive price. Quiet, decent breakfast included.

Hotel lobby area is well maintained but room hallway and room were in need of care. Large water stains in hallway ceiling, etc. I would not stay here again.

Stayed two nights and asked to have the room refreshed for the second night. Housekeeping did not come. I requested from the front desk staff assistance to contact them at 4:00PM. Nothing happened. Ended up get more towels at 9:00PM when we got back to the hotel for the second night. Spoke to the front desk the next morning and they said they would have the manager call. No calls from anyone. Basically brutal service - we will not be back.

Kids running up and down hall Screaming. Terrible. I told the front desk. Didn’t care
