No complaints about any aspect of our stay. The staff and facility exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our stay.

Great price, easy to find way around edmonton, great breakfast. Clean and comfortable

The room was not clean. There was food just under the bed and strings on the floor by the nightstand. It looks like someone spilled pop because it was sticky on the floor and wasnt washed up. We did not eat in the room so it wasn’t from us. I always wipe down the surfaces with a wipe and when I wiped the counter there was makeup that came up and the fridge door made the wipe black. There was also hair hanging from the bottom of the pile of towels. The breakfast had great reviews which is why we picked this hotel but the breakfast was nothing special. Good coffee but the eggs were cold.

Put in a Pet room! Beds not great!

Check in was quick & efficient and the room was comfortable with all the right amenities. Very good value for the price!

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was extremely unhygienic — the floors were filthy and sticky, and the mattress was in poor condition. There was a horrible smell throughout the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning kept tripping during the night, making the room very hot. Because of the heat and the unpleasant smell, we were unable to sleep at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay due to the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was not spotless - several glass rings on tables. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a decent sleep and the room was quite. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, good breakfast, good value for money.

Basic room, close to WEM. Staff were very nice. If you're taller than me (5'4) you're gonna have a hard time with the shower. I had to bend and contort myself to stand under the stream and wash my hair.

Best place ever I’m sure I’m going back for one more night

Room was updated, and clean. Was pretty loud at night with people in and out of there rooms till 3am.

The room was fine, but the staff truly made my stay special. Thank you so much for the delicious breakfasts and for being so helpful with all my requests!
