My second stay was even better. Additional pool and jacuzzi were added. Main Olympic pool is outstanding. Beautifully maintained spacious gardens. Professional and friendly service throughout the property.

I love everything

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and the property is well located with proximity to the walled city. Beautiful pool, and right across from the beach with a private beach area

Location was good. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great pools. Animals on site make it adorable.

Beautiful hotel perfect for families. We loved how nice and friendly all the staff were and the common areas, Gardens, restaurants and pools nice and clean. However the room we stood was a little outdated and the bath tub in the bathroom was very high making it very difficult for kids and dangerous to go in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I traveled with family and kids and they loved the different pools. The staff do need to be more charismatic and friendly. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot near stores and transportation.

This is a great place for a stay in Cartagena. The service is incredible. The rates are reasonable. Access to the beach is easy with a safe and private area before reaching the actual beach, making it very stress free. The food was great and food/drink prices were reasonable. Access to the rest of Cartagena was simple as well.

Over priced. Check in is painfully slow if you are a foreigner. Really misrepresenting amenities and hotel rooms. Was told they had connecting rooms at reservation confirmation on my 2 double rooms only to find out only single bed rooms connect, not ideal for large families. Common areas not kept up. Drink spilled in font of room not cleaned for 2 days. They claim “airport transportation” but what they mean is that they will hail a cab for you. Needed 3 tiny local cabs to get to airport.

Todos y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables, cálidas y serviciales. El hotel muy lindo, limpio, es una joya arquitectónica que hace honor a la historia de Cartagena.

Lovely stay

They make me wait for a long time my roomwas not ready

Hotel is immaculate. However, hotel needs some modern amenities and better pool service to stay a 4 star hotel. I was not impressed with the pool and bar staff. The adults only pool was overrun with kids and babies. The staff just hangs out and does not go around taking a drink orders. When you go yo the pool bar, it takes them 10 minures to get you a coke with no customers there. It seems they get annoyed. Checkout was slow too. They radio housekeeping to make sure you didnt take out something from the mini bar. Really?. This hotel is 3.5 stars or 4....

This room had mosquitoes dark dirty air air-conditioning leaked on your head when brushing teeth and shower flooded the bathroom floor was not pitched so just flooding with the air conditioning. System doesn’t work. You can’t regulate at all. You never know what you’re gonna get here. The area is really Cold. This particular building is one of the oldest in the area. Hasn’t been very well maintained the Chinese on it now and that Radison operate so I don’t think anybody cares too much about the condition.

Wouldn’t really call this hotel 5 star. The rooms could do with a refurb

The rooms are very out dated they need an upgrade for the amount they charge per stay. I loved the animals you get to see and the staff was very nice. The rooms are very clean and stocked with everything you need. The restaurants inside the hotel are soo good. Their sushi and pizza the best thing in Boca grande. This hotel i believe is mainly for family and kids. The peacocks are beautiful but they don’t let you sleep hahah they are up really early about 4 am. If you don’t mind that then you’re good. I would def return once the rooms are upgraded.
