Lovely hotel. Purchased ocean view and had a view of the parking lot instead. Not allowed to check in until 4pm is unacceptable.

We enjoyed the pool and really close beach proximity. The attached restaurant is also delicious!

Our stay was great. I only have a few suggestions: 1. Maybe the hallway from the elevator on the bottom floor could look a little nicer? It looks as though we are walking through a maintenance entrance or something.. 2. Maybe a small convenience area, someplace to purchase small items, aspirin, pepto, sunscreen, etc. You could make it more convenient for your guests.

Great Place to Stay. A most convenient and quaint hotel to stay in when visiting Santa Barbara. Everything is centralized and easily accessible within the hotel. Rooms could use their own coffee machines. Or, you can extend your complimentary coffee hours to past 8:30 am. Also, please add complimentary tea service. Extended room service hours from the in-house restaurant would also be helpful.

Great stay!

Beautiful room decor and spaciousness with an outdoor patio to enjoy. Conveniently located right across from the ocean with a walking path and grass area. Restaurants, pool, room service, valet all added to a very enjoyable get a way.

Great experience! The only reason I gave 4 stars is how loud people walking around was when you were sleeping. The hotel was luxurious & super clean, friendly, and generally quiet. So nice to be right across the street from the ocean.

One comment is it would have been nice if we could have made our morning cup of coffee in the room so we could start our morning drinking the coffee on the balcony instead of going downstairs for our coffee and bringing two cups upstairs.

We loved the Santa Barbara Inn. Such a comfortable hotel to stay in. So convenient to the beach and walkable to the historic town center and Funk Zone. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of our requests. We had an ocean view balcony from our room. The room itself was large and clean. The pool area was beautiful although the hot tub was a little too hot. Parking was a bit expensive (valet only) but the valets were quick and friendly. We ate at the on site restaurant, Convivo, and it was amazing! We were here for our honeymoon and would gladly come back again!

Absolutely Incredible Service! Our experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived! Even before we got there, the staff sent a friendly text to check in—and they continued to stay in touch throughout our stay, always asking if we needed anything. It made us feel truly taken care of. The on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious, and to top it off, they even delivered waters to our room in the morning when I texted them. Every detail was thoughtful and the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Affordable luxury

This is the spot! West beach is so ideal. Centrally located, beach, Funk Zone, State St, dining, quiet, safe, peaceful. This rental is comfy, homie and well equipped. Rental property group are pros. Fast and responsive!

Lots of street noise, sirens, large trucks, emergency vehicles, motorcycles and cars through the day and night. Blowers and mowers going in the morning. Even though we had an ocean view room, due trees and other growth, there was just a sliver of the ocean to be seen. We ordered room service from the on-site restaurant which was delicious. Expedia was an excellent experience, with the best rate.

Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!
