Location was quiet

Room was clean but had a chunk of the vynal floor missing. The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable. Also the out let by the night stand was very lose in the hole in the eall5and had no cover over it so kinda dangerous. Also the out let by the work station was missing all together just a hole in the wall with an extension cord run to that spot. Breakfast was well stocked but very basic just cearl toast yogurt fruit and waffles and Muffins. The desk staff although we had to walk past them every time we came and went never acknowledged us with a good mor6or hello. Even though not busy. They wouldn't even look up from thier screens when you went by. The cleaning staff was friendly and always said hello. However cleaning carts were left in the hallway 24/7 right at the main intersection next to laundry room so you had tomgo around them to get past not a big deal but just an inconvenience.

Our room happened to be on the 2nd floor which is where the breakfast room is. If you’re on that floor and have hopes and dreams of sleeping in I wouldn’t count on it. Kids running up and down the hallway and the traffic of everyone going to and from the breakfast room meant an early wake up call each morning.

They need to make sure the room they give you isn’t already occupied so never leave anyrhing valuable in your room. Also someone had spilt paint on the floor of the next room they gave us and they were just happy to leave it that way.

Hi over all the hotel was alright but there should be doors on the rooms that are facing the parking lot so people can in the back and see their vehicles and my room was ok a little noisy a couple times but not bad I would have to say that the cleaning of the room when I arrived was a little bit not too good so for that matter I’m giving the super 8 in Kelowna a 4 star rating thank you

Staff are not at all helpful, especially the GM named Sachin. He was so rude and very unfriendly. I wonder how come such person works in hospitality industry.

due to surcharge of 30$ each for arriving early (even though hotel half empty and rooms ready), we did not pay it so did not have time for the hot tub or pool

Room clean and well appointed. Nothing special but everything you need. Didn’t use the pool as looked a bit small. Impressed with the breakfast choice, as was just expecting a pot of coffee and a couple of muffins, but had cereal, toast a waffle maker etc.

In 2026, no hotel should have choked - or tiered - internet. I couldn't watch videos because I would have had to pay extra - for the kind of high-speed internet that nearly every hotel provides for free.

No help. Didn’t have what I signed up for. Pool etc. terrible greeting with no information. No a decent restaurant. My bed sheets smelt like the never had been washed. Paid too much. Even the front door was filthy. Need to update and clean. Terrible place to stay. Wasted my money

It’s an affordable accommodation particularly if you have a large family to accommodate.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good, they had boiled eggs along with fruit which is a little healthier than the standard toast bagels, muffins and waffles which they also had. The pool and hot tub were warm and it had a shower.

Was extremely disappointed with Super 8 and when we checked out asked to speak with manager and were told they were unavailable and they’d call us back but never received a call. We will be contacting Wyndham to file complaint. Upon arrival there was a group smoking right outside the main doors so lobby was filled with smoke, front desk attendant said he was going to speak with the group and have them move but he never did. Floors throughout hotel were filthy and overall very run down. There were dogs barking and kids running through the hallways until quite late, seemed very out of control. When we got up in the morning we realized the mattress protector under our sheet was covered in urine stains as was the bed skirt had stains all along it, we were in a pet room so I’m pretty sure the stains were pet urine. Definitely will NEVER stay here again and would obviously never recommend it! Paying almost $300 for the night here was an absolute rip off! Terrible experience:(
