Dirty,ants no pool no hot tub,no breakfast terrible but views beautiful!

Very nice facility

Stayed over the Labor Day weekend which is always busy and overpriced for the level of the property. Breakfast was ok but mainly here to be close to downtown and the bridge walk. Property could use an update so make sure you know what you're getting.

We will never stay at this hotel again. The free breakfast, the food that was supposed to be hot was cold, even though they were in their warmers. The jetted tub room we had, didn't work and and had bugs and spiders crawling out of the Jets. And the room had a musky smell.

Hotel wasn't nearly up to the standards expected of a Clarion. Our room needed a refresh; nightstand was in terrible condition and the battered HVAC unit made an annoying racket and also stunk up the room once the heat kicked in. Our bathroom fan/heat lamp had dust bunnies poking out and had a regular light bulb installed where the head lamp should have been. Draperies also had some broken hardware, causing them to droop and not close completely. We won't be staying here again.

The room we had when we got there the tv didn’t work so the next morning I told them about it they checked it out the end up get us a different room. The room we got there was stuff in the bed a lot of the trim work was falling off the rooms need to be updated

Found room to be smelly, like urine, towels & bedding stained. Took pictures of everything it was so gross. Took a shower and air dried it was so bad. Killed three spiders. Dust and hair covered coffee pot. Pubic hairs in the tub and sink. Every pop machine at the facility was sold out or out of order, told to go to the gas station if we wanted something to drink. went to go check out 2 days early (wanted to go to another hotel) and was told we could not becasue we used a 3rd party servicer-Expedia- so we left anyway. Hotel would not check us out, would not give us a bill, would not give refund for the 2 unused days. Worst experience with a hotel to date. Both reception and magment said there was nothing they could do. So disappointed we left for home. Said they could put a note in the computer to send the checkout receipt.Clerk smiled and chuckled the whole time. Extremely rude. Brought her one of the towels to show her and didn't even look at it.

The beds were comfortable. The pullout sofa was terrible. Bathroom smelled terrible and there was mold in the shower. No outlets for charging devices easily. Breakfast was sub-par: runny scrambled eggs, rubbery pancakes, and boiled ham - think hotdog water. Service was good and friendly.

Passing thru and was tired got a room with a hot tub that was dirty. Once we went in the room had no light had to use our cell flash light at this point we found the lights over the bed. The breakfast was no better but it was a room. Not sure if we would give them another change since we reported the issues and it seems it went unheard.

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Tight parking. Enjoyable!

Excellent location, the pool was a little disappointing, staff was great. The room was very humid. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Older room accommodations (dated), could use some updating as far as shower head and older carpeting. Decent breakfast with some hot items, convenient to ferry ports and downtown Mackinaw City.

WE LOVED THE ROOM AND THE VEIW. BUT THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD BOTH MY WIFE AND I GOT VERY SICK AND MISSED OUR CONFERANCE.

Moderate room for a weekend or one night stay.

Satisfactory, nice pool, whirlpool and friendly staff. The room could be freshened up.

We liked the convenience of being right by everything and the beach being right behind the property. Our room was very outdated and had a bit of a musty smell but the price was right. Breakfast was from 7am-9am. Pool was opened from 10am-11pm. Breakfast room and the pool were clean and well kept. Some vacant rooms had the drapes open and they looked updated.

Good clean hotel. We had a balcony room overlooking the lake. Could see the big Mac. Breakfast was good. Room and bed were comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy. A joy to here the waves crash all night. Great rate for Mackinaw. Will look forward to staying again.
