Great place with great service and friendly people

My room was beautiful clean and had a view of the ocean. Considering everything it was a great value as well.

I still didn’t receive the final receipt for the room charges

Beautiful hotel. A high $68 parking fee per night. Room service was sub-par: online ordering system was broken, no burgers available, and the food was mediocre.

The only place I stay in LA!

Wonderful all around.

The hotel offers chauffeur services within 3 miles of property. This was convenient and I like the old fashioned nature of it. The rooftop restaurant has dazzling panoramic views and the breakfast menu is fairly priced for an upscale hotel. The check in process was also personalized. Valet and bellboys were well coordinated. Great beach access too.

Staff was very polite and accommodating, i was stressing about traveling with a 7 month old and they eased my mind a lot. The room was bright and clean, the bell hops and valet were extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying again when I travel down that way again.

It’s very close to the beach. They offer bicycles as well as a 3 miles shuttle in their branded Escalade.
