We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, good staff, pillows not to good

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff, the room is spacious, clean, quiet. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening, with a choice of a set or ala carte menu. The set menu was very good both in quality and quality included wine, bread starter, main & dessert or coffee. The cost was very reasonable.

This hotel I great. Value Great staff a bit of walk to town but ok We spent 2 nights in Avila. The hotel caters for coach parties so breakfast is busy We enjoyed our stay

No double bed room and I needed to pay more for it A lot of sounds, and light during the night Couldn’t sleep more than 4 hours

I expect more from this hotel. This is not a 4-star, but 2,5 to 3-star hotel. It’s old overall, old furniture, old carpet, missing some things as table and chairs inside the room, there’s no trash can, no water, no coffee inside. Never a 4-star hotel.

HVAC went out completely in the middle of the night. Staff said no fan available, I should open the window ---yeah, perfect, being on a main road, and it's a bit cold.

Lovely hotel situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful Ávila. I asked for a shower only room which I got. A beautiful bathroom.

The property has a very beautiful view

The beds were uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from other guests in the room next door at 2am in the morning. The menu for the evening meal left a lot to be desired but in fairness the waiter did try his best. Sadly we will not be booking a return visit

Great one night stay hotel

They have a breath taking view of the Muralla de Ávila. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is far from the main areas where the shops and restaurants are at so make sure you have comfortable walking shoes. S

We liked the restaurant and the staff were so helpful. Nice experience, overal.

Reception unwelcoming and staff non smiling, treated guests as nuisance. Decor tired, room furnishing and carpets in need of good clean, beds very hard and no charging points. On the positive side the best view of the historic city with 15 min walk on footpaths to city gates. Excellent cafe and restaurant with very friendly, helpful waiters, very popular with locals.

Its a 4 stars hotel but 2 stars is enough Rooms are old.

The hotel has a restaurant and a very good cafeteria. Parking costs just 10 euros.
