Friendly check in, clean, great location. Our stay included $45.00 club credit. Room was great, restaurant was ok

The stay was enjoyable except for the constant smell of marijuana in the halls. Our balcony was unusable due to the smell also. I’m a Cdl holder and do not want to risk my license. We had a condo on the 10th floor also and the railing on our balcony was so wobbly that it was not safe for small children. Did I also mention we got stuck in the elevator and upon getting out staff was rude that we set off alarm for being stuck. It was unbearably hot in the elevator but we were given a $50 refund for our troubles. Food was great at restaurants and front desk clerk were wonderful

The resort was very nice and the room is spacious. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel was alright, probably wouldn’t go back there. But the bellmen service was great and I also liked the coffee shop.

So much better than I remembered it from years ago. Will definitely return.

Very nice room. Right next to the beach which was perfect

We live that you are right in the beach with easy, private access. The indoor atrium makes rainy days still amazing. Rooms are large, clean, and surprisingly quiet with everything going on in the atrium. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s amazing every time!

There was mice running around in my room and when I requested to be moved, nothing was done , I also received the wrong room from what I booked . Call the front desk several times and management, but like I said nothing was ever done and they don’t ever have to worry about me staying here again EVER

This is one of the best places to stay and it will never disappoint!

My only recommendation is to have a broom and dust pan in the room. So much sand!

We had a great stay! Family of 5 with 3 kids under 5! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and kind. We will be staying again!

It was nice but check in time at 5pm check out time at 11am no late check out

So convenient to the beach. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time. Only improvement that could be made. Was the beach bar could have better food.

Wondering. I stay there many times

The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed for two nights and wished we could stay longer. You can access the beach from the hotel. The beach is also very clean and the water was so nice and not cold at all surprisingly. We will definitely be visiting again.

Nice time with family

Everyone was very friendly will definitely recommend to family members.

Check-in was easy and fast. Issue was there was sand all over the room floor, we initially thought it was us but not the case as another occupant overheard us and had the same sentiments. The hallways were also full of sand and not once did I ever hear a vacuum running by housekeeping. I did request the room floor be cleaned while we were out and advised it would be swept, but upon return there was still sand throughout the room even in the shower. Housekeeping is not the best, there was hair in the bathroom, stains of food and heavens knows what on the light switches and doors. It's a great thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies but didn't think I needed a swifter for the floors. There was also ants in the kitchen on the counter and the night stands which was rather annoying. Also the dresser, nightstands and bathroom shelves were extremely dusty. There are no screens on the balcony door which also allowed bugs in so we couldn't leave it open to enjoy the sea breeze. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great, full sized fridge
