I was always catching a number 4 bus as it went to the port ( bus stop near the front of the hotel) going to the old town (Cathedral) I would catch the number 4 bus from the back of the hotel. It's only 2 Euros or just tap your card. Forgot my 2 pin plug I just popped across the road to the mobile shop. So I could charge my phone. I was always popping into Lidl for my daily large chocolate croissant and a Pear or Apple or Banana. I loved the hotels breakfast and all the staff that cleared your table. All very nice. The reception staff were helpful as well. Especially nice were the room cleaning team. They did an excellent job and were really nice.

The rooms need to be update, also the hallways are very noisy they need a carpet because you won't be able to sleep after 7 you can hear the clening cart passing up and down. Breakfast was bad they didn't have fresh fruits also they didn't provide fresh squeezed juice very disappointed about that. They need a lot improvement.

Well maintained property & professional staff. Staff did not recognized VIP Status and made no particular reference to it. Not centrally located to historical center.

Issue with parking, no parking at the hotel and nothing very close. Was told I could park on white lined area. There was never any free and no paid parking I could find very close

The property was fine. Not great, not bad, just average. The lobby and buffet area seem to be more newly renovated, which causes the rooms (I stayed on the second floor) to be a let down). The room seems pretty outdated, and a bit dingy. The bedding, towels, and bathroom did seem clean. I was comfortable enough, but for my personal taste, I would look to stay elsewhere if I return to Valencia. The gym is very small and only permits three people at a time. There are towels, weight rack, a single multipurpose weight machine, treadmill, bike, and television in the gym. No water provided in the gym. The breakfast was fine. You’d get more variety at a restaurant of course, but for the price, I didn’t mind.

It was a great hotel with great amenities and low price. The bed and pillows were really comfy and we had a really big bathroom.We did have the buffet and on the day we left, at 5-7 in the morning they offer coffee and drinks for the guests with really early check out. When we arrive before check in they let us leave our luggage there so we could see the sights without carrying our luggage around. Really great staff and modern hotel.

Very nice property and in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect to stay in town. What I hated was that they disconnected the AC and there’s nothing that they could do to help you. We stay in November 25th, not cold enough and the room was very hot.

The hotel was okay, but it didn’t feel like other NH hotels it felt a little worse

Not awful but not great either. Facility is reasonably clean and comfortable but it feels very worn and tired. Hotel could use an update of flooring, furnishings, and towels.

Cerca del oceanigrafic y diferentes museos en lo positivo, sin embargo el piso donde me dieron la habitación olia mal..el dia que hice el check in , estaba haciendo cola y el personal permitio que alguien mas se adelantara de la cola (un grupo que estaba delante mio, siguió metiendo los suyos antes) y otro cliente cuando yo dije que habia alguien más delante se saltó que yo estaba adelante y el personal de recepción lo vio y no le dijó que hiciera cola, sino atendió inmediatamente . Mala experiencia en el hotel, sin embargo amé la ciudad de valencia por eso la puntuación se la dejo en tres estrellas (ademas que me ahudaron con el parqueo de bicicletas cuando las alquilé)

I asked ahead to verify there would be two beds. There were not and none available when I arrived. Had to get another room.

A great reflection of the neighbourhood. Nicely quiet.

The manager at the desk when we checked in was very unhelpful. We had large heavy bags and arrived late at night and he provided no assistance in lifting them up the stairs. He also was unhelpful when we asked about subway and bus schedules
