Wasn’t terrible but it didn’t start off great. I arrived at the hotel at 2:15/2:20 PM and was told that I would have to pay $30 to check in early or wait until after three. I asked to leave my bags behind the counter and they assigned me a room in advance, so I assume that the room was ready to go. I just think it’s poor customer service when I was within 45 minutes of the check-in time. I travel a lot for work and I have not experienced this at other hotels. I arrived to a different hotel the day prior and they checked me in at 11 AM With no issue or complaints. Other than that, the 2 girls behind the desk in the evening were friendly. When I arrived to my room I was a little bit horrified at the state. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been wiped down properly and there was throw up or some kind of substance on the curtains, the bedding also didn’t smell fresh like the hotel I stayed in the night before. I was disappointed with the cleanliness but didn’t report it to staff, at that point, I couldn’t be bothered.
