I have found the front desk staff at Hyatt places to be fairly uninterested. This particular booking was a bust bc when we arrived, they had no two bed rooms. She said there was no phone number for her to reach us but it was on the hotels.com im sure and im in their system. TheyNEVER answer their phones so im sure they wouldnt bother to call if they wanted to.

A good stay!!

The website (hotels.com) didn’t say anything about paying for parking. When I got there I saw signs saying we had to pay to park there unless we were silver members. I didn’t like that at all. They had just cleaned our room before we got there but the floor was still damp and the bed sheets felt a little damp also. The breakfast was good. I did enjoy that. Overall I enjoyed the hotel.

The stay experience was good. The property was well kept up although it is starting show a bit wear and tear but overall it was good. I don’t know why had to pay for parking.

Breakfast was horrible

Pros:Receptionist was amazing nice, property was quite, and room was clean.Also, breakfast was It's walkable distance to food restaurants and hospital Con: Paying $7 for parking and bedding pillows were hard.It was mentioned that if you use chime and cash app it takes 30 days for your $100 deposit to get back on your card. Overall it was worth the stay!!

This property needs an overhaul. The parking lot has multiple large potholes. Our rooms had stained or bleach spotted sofas. The paint in both rooms were not professionally done or complete in some areas. The chairs , doors and other furniture were scuffed scratched and/or damaged. It appears as minimal effort was done to make it presentable. While there there was a local power outage but the hotel does not have an adequate generator, only the door locks worked.

Repeat stay. Our halfway stop point from the north to the south in our travels. Nice place just to rest up for the 2nd leg of our trip

Front desk staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond. Very convenient if visiting St Francis hospital.

The facility was not as expected. I have stayed at several different Hyatts and I was disappointed in this facility. The sofas in the rooms had lots of stains and patches on them. The beds had stains on the sheets as if they hadn’t been changed. The bathrooms were super small I had to almost stand in the shower to close bathroom door. We had an adjoining room and our neighbors had our entire room smelling like marijuana. On a good note…. All of the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

Would stay as far away as possible. Great staff at desk! Shower water pressure great. Everything is in bad condition. Never heard of or seen hotel tell you to pay for parking is such a sh**box and make you pay through a outside service or QR code to pay there

This hotel was amazing and the service was excellent the staff was very friendly.

A little bit old and high price for what you are getting in

Extra fees for deposit and parking was not enclosed to the clients need more communication skills, and updates on room amenities

Room was very roomy and clean

The propert was old, but clean, very roomy and quiet. Would consider staying again.
