Staff were amazing and lovely. We booked an ocean view room and the ocean was fantastic. Unfortunately, they put us in a room that was doing construction directly above our heads - starting early morning (hammering, drilling, etc) and lasting throughout the day. We were hoping for a relaxing stay so this was not ideal.

Clean room, friendly staff and I loved the activities that was at the resort. It was a great time

Very nice resort, breakfast was good. beach was ecellent and having a heated pool open until 10 pm was fantastic.

We arrived and there was a plumbing backup causing water to come up from the floor, instead of switching our room we waited as maintenance replaced multiple floor tiles.

Heavenly beds are not heavenly .. large material creases because of so many mattress covers/sheets made sleeping uncomfortable .. pillows were shoved into small ill fitting pillow cases, too large hard pillows gave us neck aches .. they had no flatter or small pillows Towels were thin and scratchy. Otherwise the room was good. One dinner at the Stone place .. both chicken meals, were dry and hard .. uneatable .. they still charged us full price The staff were absolutely amazing .. we loved everyone. Other than the one bad meal the food was great .. salads and all the tacos were to die for.

Wet sheets. Dirty towels. Dirty floors comforter!!! r. Rusty water in bathtub. I want refund immediately!!!!! Manager wanted to argue with me!!!!

Everything was Amazing BUT the room didn't have a smart TV so I couldn't watch streaming with my wife. The beach is amazing. The food in the more sports bar is the best over the beach side food or fancy hut. Overall enjoyed the place, would also be nice if they ran affordable shuttle to and from the airport. Real score is 4.5/5 I round to 5 as I would 100% stay again

Rooms a bit dated

Everyone was so kind in the hotel. The room was clean but the tub was leaking all over the place. The staff was incredible though! The pool and beach was amazing. Loved being here

Did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics from multiple staff members over many days. Otherwise it’s lovely for the price!

okay for the price but very noisy because of a lack of proper noise protection, especially at the doors.

Nice enough place. But felt like a commodity time share versus an upscale hotel - because as we found, that's what it was. Could provide much better dining choices and healthy food choices - if it wasn't a commodity resort. Could provide bedding and room towels that felt and wore nicer. Even the knobs on the bathroom sink - being so hard to turn -
