The property was filthy. The room had mold on the curtains. The curtains were falling out of the ceiling. Every wall was covered in stains. Bathroom towels had hair on them. Chose the property partly because of breakfast included, but would never feed my family there.

We didn't stay there ,were trying to get a refund the place was terrible, curtains flying out the windows nobody was at the front desk. The place was dirty and smelled bad. So we left and called you the person I talked to said we would get a refund but now there saying we won't and I don't think that's right I know you probably wouldn't stay there either hopefully you will let us have a refund.

Made reservation months ago. Got to hotel, and they had our room reservation with a king size bed; we needed to sleep 5. I specifically reserved a room with 2 queen beds, and we bring an air mattress for the 5th person. They said they’d see if anyone had checked out they weren’t aware of (at 10pm). They found a room with 2 queen beds on second floor. No elevator. Long story short: we found a live bug (garden beetle) on the one bed upon arrival. We found a mobile house phone on the nightstand upon arrival as well (not the room phone). The air conditioner worked, loudly dripped water, soaking the carpet all around it, and keeping light sleepers awake. We ended up using the ice bucket to catch the water, and dumping it halfway through the night to find it completely full again in the morning. The bathroom door didn’t close completely or lock. We already knew there weren’t any rooms they could switch us into, so we stuck it out for the 2nd night. We prepaid and didn’t have any way to get money back and go somewhere else. We found a garden beetle on the other bed the day we departed as well. Positives: breakfast was decent and hostess was friendly. TV worked. Shower was nice; different settings on shower head. Beds are comfy.

We had some young kids decide to make a tik tok and bang on our door at 3 am waking my 5 year old, called the front desk and they answered and apologized. The next morning the regional manager contacted me to tell me what happened and informed me that they had been removed from the hotel. They actually cared enough to do something about the disturbance and we were extremely grateful for that.

This hotel was a good value and the staff was very helpful and pleasant, but the place needs a face lift. Hallway carpet is worn and stained. Ceiling in my first room was peeling in spots. The pool itself was nice, but the concrete deck was in bad shape, peeling and ugly. Plus the patio furniture was torn and needing to be replaced. A few plants and a touch of decor is needed also.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is included which is nice. Front lobby is nice and there is a pool to lounge at. Our room had working AC and a clean bed. Shower and bathroom were clean. The only negative was a few spiderwebs and the lighting in the room was darker than we'd like and there's not a lot of natural light. We'd stay here again for sure.

We found bed bugs in our room and the owner would not refund us any thing for our stay, change hotels, or treat our belongings to prevent a bed bug infestation. Additionally, the pool was dirty and unsafe due the broken railing.

I found the hotel itself very run down and in need of some cosmetic updating. The staff during checkin were unsure of the proper procedures and did not seem to know how to handle a booking through expedia. We checked in after 5:00 and our rooms were not ready when they stated that check-in was at 3:00. Housekeeping were not done. Over all we found this hotel to be very dissapointing.
