We've stayed at this property before and had not the best experience before, but this stay was a great improvement. The staff was pleasant, upon check in, Shenika(sp), was great and the coworkers were pleasant as well. Checking out, Lisa was amazing with a great personality. Our area was quiet with good parking availabilty. The room was nice but had a couple of hiccups, but can be easily corrected/updated. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow, the floor had areas that were unstable (dips), there are no streaming options on the TV and no HDMI available to connect devices. It's probably time to replace the mattress, the center is less firm than the other areas. Having a ceiling fan would also improve the space. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Right off highway and we were on back side of hotel so it was somewhat noisy. Didn’t know they were outside doors. The carpet has definitely seen a lot is use. Stained spots in several locations. Just looked old. When we left the front door was locked so we couldn’t get in to return key, etc. the lights were all out. It was 6:00 am. Bed was comfortable. Nice small kitchen area.

This is one of the absolute worst places we have ever stayed. The first room we were assigned looked like it was from a man abandoned house where squatters had been living. It was filthy, missing doors, cabinet doors that were there were falling off, there was paper stuffed in the smoke detector in the ceiling, it smelled like smoke. None of us wanted to touch anything. We went to the office to change (and interestingly someone else was just wrapping us requesting a room change too) and our new room was better, but still in bad shape and not clean. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else stay here.

It looks like an apartment

The room could use some tender loving care. The carpets and furniture needs cleaning. There were only one spoon and one fork (utensils) in the kitchen, oppose to there being enough for a stay. The towels in the bathroom are WELL WORN. Very THIN. They really need to be replaced with NEW towels.

Everything was great thank you

We only needed a place to sleep, to break up a long drive. I've stayed at Sonestas before and they've been great. Walked into the non smoking room and it smells like someone just smoked some marijuana in here, floors are stained and shower was disgusting. If i had planned on staying longer I would've asked for another room, but since we've been driving for 14hrs and are literally only here to shower and sleep, just dealing with it. On the plus side, the gentleman that checked me in was so very nice and had let me in even though he was about to leave. (We got in late and lobby closes at 11)

I won’t stay here again. Seems like it’s dss recipient hotel. They need too do better with cleaning. No breakfast carpet nasty doors dirty. Staff is cool but that doesn’t change the fact they’re dirty. It’s like a upgraded motel.

Great find. We rented a studio apartment. After staying in regular hotels it was lovely to have a full kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only complait we had was there wasn't any mention of no elevator. We are seniors and hauling all our things up the staira would not have been good. The front desk rearranged our booking so we were put on the ground floor.

Traveling for business it was good, no complaints.

Tried to book for several months as I will be there short term for a project I’m on. The staff said I could that then I got told the room I’m in was rented to someone else and I would have to move rooms if they had availability. Fortunately the assistant manager found a room for me. But the staff kept saying I’d be able to stay in the same room as long as u needed. Communication is not the strongest there.

Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice clean rooms, with all you need in the kitchen.

Right off the highway clean rooms would stay again.

The first room was dirty. The second room was a little better, but the toilet kept running. The other guests were loud, yelling either very late at night or super early in the morning. I had to go get and change my own sheets (didn't know that). Will not be staying here again.

Take to long to give deposit back

The front desk staff is amazing. I came early and they were able to get me a room. The energy and personality of the staff is top notch.

Nice room, but there was no body wash or shampoo in the bath tub despensers.

Room not as clean as you would expect.

If the room is not available early, all you have to do is so state. I have never been told to come back at a certain time for the room, arrive and then the front desk employee laugh and say, oops sorry you should have waited here instead of coming back the time I told you to because your room is gone. Very unprofessional. I did plan my day around the time the front desk employee said to return only to be laughed at, then witnessing the employees having snacks and gathering about. No thanks.
