Flies in room, trash in room on arrival, dryers out, no hot water the day we left, promised room would be ckean 3 days in a row and was not done til 4th day, breakfast bar was out of brown sugar and plastic glasses one day, glass shower door was if its hinge. Took 4 days to fix. Torn carpet at friont door. One dat the main door was blocked for maintenace, no grill for grilling.

Overall, it was a nice stay. I booked the room before I checked the amenities. I was disappointed when I saw they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast. You expect that at an expensive hotel, but this place isn’t the Hilton

The room and bed was nice and there was a nice place to hang out outside and inside.

Breakfast can be a bit better

I was disappointed that our beds were not made. For over $350.00 for two nights I did not think I had to ask. I assumed they would be.

Clean and nice for a slightly older property.

Nothing our door was broke. They did not fix it. Charged us almost 50 more than should be. Food was good

Property is very nice, it was close to everything that we needed to access, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The pool looked very nice and there was an outside area that would have been very useful if the weather had been better.

Amazing. Five stars.

They had Starbucks- Yay!! Most hotels have horrible coffee. The room was comfortable and roomy. The walls were super thin which was unfortunate because there was a team of teenagers staying next door.

The staff we as very accommodating.

Good facility hasn’t been updated in a minute.

My stay was worth the price

Traveling for work, very easy navigation and comfortable. Lobby inviting and modern with some special touches of a snack counter and bar area. Convenience items for sale near the front desk was a nice touch. Parking easy. Elevator in an odd location far from the lobby but worked just fine. Bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.

The light in the bathroom area had a short, wouldn't stay on. Otherwise everything was great.

Thermostat malfunctioned in our room and heated up to 87F. First employee did not have a solution, wait for maintenance until the next day.
