Nice hotel, staff was great. Good walking distance from restaurants and a great supermarket. Would def stay again.

I love this hotel 10/10

My family couldn’t access this hotel to visit me while I stayed in Cancun because of mobility issues. This hotel isn’t handicap friendly at all.

Location was great

Stayed for three days due to flight cancellations and was quite happy to do so. Everything was clean...rooms, pool area, lobby, etc. Breakfast buffet offered a large selection of foods and the hotel staff, especially at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Great staff, excellent customer service from Belsen and Ivan, would definitely come back!!

Clean room, good service. The only thing missing was a refrigerator

We loved everything about our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. The location was in walking distance of great local restaurants as well as other fun attractions. The gym and food also surpassed expectations.

misleading information hotel/beach club but theres no shuttle and you have to pay for it ! this should be mentioned on their website so people can make a better choice! i checked in at 6:30am for a personal problem i explained to front desk and even though they did had availability i had to pay $3,500 pesos extra which i find extremely expensive since is more than 3 times what i pay for!! and unfortunately because i have already booked the same hotel im gonna have to stay there again starting tomorrow! hopefully i will have a better experience

On Expedia said breakfast including. But from third day stuff told me I need pay for it. Its downtown and no beaches around. 20-30 min on bus. Stuff friendly. Room ok.

Staff can be more friendly, amenities can be improve for example a small fridge in room.

The room was clean ,had some challenges with the face basin tap! The manager sent maintenance staff to sort it out. The Staff was courteous! I left my Under armour long sleeve in my previous room on O'Cancun side and the Manager made sure I got it back from the lost and found! Thank you to the Manager!

The ladys from the front desk are awesome. Wendy and Nash, very friendlys and eager to help. In the restaurant you jave to beg for someone to offer you coffee. The rooms in Smart are VERY noisys. So i had to ask for an uograde to Oh! Cancun.

Pretty standard hotel, pretty good value for money

Excellent hotel that I came back after one night in another hotel! The other hotel was very disappointing compared to this hotel! The front end staff and customer service is excellent. It’s worth the price!

This place is excellent! Great front end staff and very accommodating for early check in and storage of backs afterwards. Truly a great stay and excellent buffet breakfast !

Fantastic in every way

Hotel rooms were very dated, stayed here about 6 years ago and it was much nicer then. Very loud hallways and disruptive people. Pool area was nice.

It was as expected! Nice and clean hotel! Had some options but I wouldn’t stay here again due to location! I’d spend a bit more to be closer to other amenities/beach :)
