Charming hotel with modern amenities. No usual toiletries set (comb, toothbrush, etc). No telephone in the room for room service though. Need to go downstairs to request for anything.

Grear central location - close to Skybus, Southern Cross Station, shops and eateries and City's attraction. Fast check-in and check-out. Lobby and corridors are nicely done. Room is ok.. For a 4.5 star hotel, should have upgraded the room amenities to be more modern. Cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom (glass shelves). Overall it is a good hotel.
