Très déçu de la prestation repas : Fish and chips insipide. Je demande si dans le tarte aux pommes il y a de la cannelle car je suis allergique, on me dit que non alors qu'il y en a quand on me la sert. Petit déjeuner : Pain aux graines immangeable tellement il est dur, je me sert du fromage blanc et de la compote celle ci est périmée et pique au goût...et je ne parle pas de la tonne de poussière dans la chambre, j'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit, pour éviter toute crise d'asthme. Quand j'indique le problème le matin lors de mon départ, on me répond que le problème est connue mais les femmes de ménages ne peuvent pas déplacer les meubles au vue du poids....Moi je l'ai fait moi même.

Shower has little to no water pressure

The temperature controls in the room are not active for the person in the room!!! People have to go to reception to get the temperature changed in the room!!!! HOW COMPLETELY STUPID!!!!

Reception was weak with very little information or ability to assist with simple question. When asked where we could get a coffee we were advised that the nearest place was down town some 10 min drive away. We went ousideband were able to crealy see 2 locations to get refreshment one of which was right next door! Not a location i would choose sgsin

Our stay at ibis Styles Hotel Poitiers Nord would have been good apart from the fact that our room was a very uncomfortable 16 degrees. Two visits to reception to talk to a very unhelpful and unfriendly male receptionist resulted in absolutely nothing - apparently he could do nothing and wasn’t willing to try and find a portable heater. No chance of a room change so all in all a very miserable stay. I won’t be using Ibis Hotels again.

A modern clean hotel with great rooms and restaurant. Helpful professional staff. Room facilities simple!

Room quite dirty. Hotel really needs a complete revamp. Breakfast poor and evening meal very expensive. Fortunately a restaurant opposite was very good. Will not stay in this Ibis again although we like this chain and stay regularly on our trips between our two homes in Spain and the UK. The staff were friendly and helpful

One of the better Ibis Styles I have stayed in. Plenty of room in the bedroom with a sofa as well. Comfy bed and places to eat around. A good stopping point on the way to Spain or Portugal

A stop off en rite to Spain. Good location and easy to find from a drivers point of view.

Location was good for our plans. We didn't like the decorations, too "kitsch". I especially disliked the mural at the entrance which goes against my philosophy of the origins of humanity.

Ok. Room fine and comfortable. Restaurant closed so had to drive elsewhere for dinner. Bar seemed closed so we couldn’t get a drink. Breakfast very poor- stale inedible baguettes, and the hotel is next to a bakery! Only one member of staff working in the breakfast area, she was working very hard but couldn’t keep things topped up. Ran out of plates and bowls, several other items too. If we have a choice we won’t be back.

Convenient overnight stay whilst on route to the south west of France. Clean but basic, would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee as we had driven along way and wanted to relax in the room. We were travelling with a dog, and he was made welcome, we didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening due to this, although we never asked he probably would have been welcome as dogs were permitted in the breakfast room. Breakfast was a great continental breakfast with plenty of choice and was included in the price. Didn’t look much at the local area as it was quite industrial being on a business park. There was a cafe/bakers next door to the hotel and a fast food chicken restaurant, so if you didn’t want to eat in the hotel there’s was a couple of options very close by. Slept really well, the bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet, so I would stay here again if travelling.

We chose the new Ibis Styles as as overnight stop, it was perfect in that the bed was very comfortable, the whole hotel was very clean and stylish, and the breakfast was good with some local food for us to try. It would be great for kids as there is a special iPad area for them

In general OK, very good food and drinks. Location is convenient and there are a lot of friendly people.

The room was adequate if a bit tired. However reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideal stop-over point not too far from the motorway. Very good restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money!

The hotel is a bit old but all in good condition, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing

Staff were very helpful. Internet in first room didn't work so we were moved. Needed ice and staff got some for me from the kitchen and wouldn't accept a tip for their help. We were passing through, so it worked for us.
