Very clean and comfortable. Hotel has overall very nice "curb appeal." Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Clean and great location

Quiet area was perfect for me and the wife’

1st room they put me in was like a basement. Smelled strongly of mildew. Moved to another room on 2nd floor. A bit better, but still smelled like moly mildew. Both bathroom fans sounded like a roller coaster going off the tracks. So loud!

The room itself was ok. Spacious 2 queen, but my pillows smelled of urine, room itself smelled damp and the rug felt damp. The check in was ok, the front desk staff was not pleasant, seems annoyed and wasn't helpful when I asked a few questions. Location wise it was in a good spot with plenty of food options and a grocery store.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some maintenance issues but minor inconvenience.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I like that it is convenient from/to airport and especially the closeness to see the family nearby areas.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room 137. Immediate odor of mildew upon opening the door to the room. Very moist throughout the room. Walking on the carpet with just socks on your socks get wet. Get a dehumidifier in there pronto!

It is just okay can be better option for breakfast same thing every day internet is very weak it was not that good as per money I spent on

Hotel condition is relatively poor, very small TV, WiFi speed very slow can not even YouTubing

Staying here is like coming home - the staff is always so friendly and helpful. And whatever room we are assigned is always clean and comfortable. One thing that needed fixing was a loose carpet tile in the elevator - no maintenance personnel on the weekend, but it was fixed after.

It was me not them 🙁 I had a first floor suite at a rear exit. The location was not good for me. Too much noise, people using the exit AND I am not used to having someone over my head so I was sensitive to noise and movement from above. The room needed some minor refreshing. Probably stuff that no one else would notice or would it bother … like I said, me not them. The staff was amazing though. Helpful and pleasant.
