We stay at this property whenever we're in London. Great location. Excellent room layout. This time we had a problem with our room. The problem was taken care of quickly amd effeciently and we received appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Faith at the front desk was exceptional helping me get my 2 rooms checked in. My daughter was arriving much later than I was and she had it all arranged for her while I attended to family issues elsewhere. Sincerely appreciated Rooms were excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Would highly recommend and stay again
