Front desk was very helpful and kind. I appreciated the airport shuttle options.

The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. I wasn’t feeling well and They let me have a late check out and we’re so accommodating and so very kind. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were. Thank you all I truly appreciate everyone that worked at that hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff especially Chauntelle were helpful and friendly. The rooms, general areas and outdoor area were clean & tidy. It’s convenient in terms of getting to and from the airport and included breakfast. An added benefit was the proximity of the Applebees as a dining option.

Arrived there an hour after check in and was told my room was not ready but they were almost done. Gave them my phone number so they could call me when room was ready. Wife had a head ache from a long day of traveling and wanted a few hours to relax and freshen up before dinner with family. So I went to get some headache meds from drug store thinking surely room would be ready when I arrived back at the hotel so we grabbed our luggage and went to the lobby where they told me they haven’t even started on the floor our room was on finally they issued us a room we had enough time to dump our bags and leave for dinner with family an hour late thanks Marriott

Last minute get away so I booked whatever I found. However the bed I asked for was a king size for someone reason it didn’t seem like a king size, not comfortable at all. The AC vents couldn’t be adjusted so it was blowing the air up so we did get hot throughout the night. The breakfast area wasn’t the best, when we went down nothing was replaced so we just had a peanut butter sandwich with oatmeal and just had it once we skipped breakfast the other time. However the front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming.

Nice place to stay. Pretty big hotel so if you want something small this isn't the place. Breakfast is rather plentiful, so something for everyone. Although there is some renovations going on it wasn't overwhelming. You do hear other guest doors close no matter the time, so that would be the only thing to make better.

Nice place

The front is locked and have to wait for the front desk to let you in. That was pretty much the experience in Albuquerque is safety in stores and other places. The check in was great, no problems at all. We had a good stay. Our room bathroom has some damages that should be fixed around the walls but otherwise things were good. The rest of the room was comfortable. We liked the quiet areas. Just the doors are not soft closing as usual we hear other people leave early. We enjoyed the breakfast, we never tried a bagel sandwich and were surprised with the different options. We were here to see family and shop as well. There are plenty of restaurants nearby on Gibson and Coronado Center area. This is our second time staying here and will most likely consider this place again in the future. Just wish the humidity wasn't an issue here, the room smelled musty and sweaty. The air helped once we turned it on.
