Hotel and staff were great. Room was less than great.

The bathroom is crazy small (TWO people cannot navigate!) and your water is extremely hard. Room is very spacious. Excellent food is restaurant.

Reserved a king size bed room and while it was a king size bed we were given a handicap room which had a small bathroom compared to the regular rooms and only 1 towel

Poor customer service and receptionist was rude

The property was clean, and staff was friendly and inviting.

We did not get the room we reserved, they gave us 1 king size bed and I paid for a double beds, we arrived at 9pm and they did not have the type of room we reserved.

The property was quiet and very clean. Having the restaurant attached was very convenient.

When I got there the toilet wouldn't flush. They sent someone up That night the same problem--That was annoying The hotel was excellent besides that

Staff was kind and helpful. Dining options on-site and right next door.

Handle/flusher on toilet was broken, wifi didn't work, sauna appeared to be out of order. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Service at adjacent restaurant was pretty poor, but I arrived at 8:30 pm and maybe they were winding down for the night.

Normally i stay here and its good. The Fridge in the room the freezer didn't work and the bathtub has gross dirty jets and red algae around the drain

Quick overnight stay. Facility was clean, staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was really good!
