The staff at the hotel are very kind and so happy.

A little tired and no complimentary water .. in a junior suite … is a bit much.

My wife and I stayed here from Oct 25 to Nov 1, 2025. Hotel: The lobby is well decorated with funky style furniture and art with colours that are bold and vibrant. Very nice! Food (breakfast) The breakfast was very disappointing! :-( Not enough food to feed the entire hotel. The day we ate there, there was no fresh whole fruit, just a small salad/dessert plate with some cut fruit. I counted the grapes on the plate and there was 12. LOL!! Limited in food choices Room: Terrible!! Small and tight for 2 people. The size is good for one person. Dirty carpet. Bathroom door touches knees (toilet too close to door). Bathroom mirror way too high (a first in all hotels that we have stayed in).

The hotel itself is noce, but the area surrounding it is unpleasant and sketchy. It feels unsafe. But within a short walk, there are nicer areas.

The hotel was centrally-located and was an easy walk to a number of sites. We were also able to walk to a number of convenient and excellent dining options. We enjoyed a small balcony as well as a large bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room air con can be controlled from the front desk and it frequently not working or not cold. Even a few night we woke up at the hot room with the air cont in off mode. After complaining the ac works again. This is very annoying and very disappointing for a four star hotel. Either there is technical problem or it is purposely set that way. Also don’t like the design of the bathroom which has no wall divider with the room and the toilet is put together with shower. So it will become wet if someone just take a shower.

We came to Paris for a family vacation. The hotel is centrally located and the staff was very kind and extremely helpful. The rooms and beds were comfortable.

Really quirky hotel in an extremely good location; central to all tourist stops. Friendly staff and excellent service. Key has to be handed in when you leave the hotel, which is a good thing for security. Room has a really good powerful hairdryer. Plenty of good eateries nearby.

You can literally hear and feel the metro in the rooms on the ground floor. This is important detail to mention for anyone staying at the hotel, especially if they are a light sleeper. The hotel receptionist completely discarded the issue and it took a lot of convincing for him to change rooms. Rooms on the top floor were fine and no metro noises there. When giving rooms on the groundfloor, the hotel should warn guests about the metro noises and give them the option to choose these rooms and not gaslight them into thinking permanent metro noises are not an issue and give them the opportunity to change floors.

I loved this place and the negative comment is my room was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t cooling down the room well. But overall it’s a great place. You would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located.

We had to pay 50 eur per night more, because they did not allow us to stay with our child which is 7 years old, they say its agains our hotel policy although expedia says children up to 12 yrs old stay for free. They recommend not to book with Expedia but with Booking or directly with them as expedia tends to distort they policies.

The staff were extremely hospitable and kind to us.. good find if you wanna have a good experience and close to attractions…
