Very clean room and surrounding areas, easy to locate and to park, safe and quiet area location. The restaurant was a plus .

Noisy. Staff not accommodating

Good area with restaurants and shops nearby, very near the big shipyards in the area as well.

Check in was great, property clean, room clean, will book again.

Everything was good the 3rd floor did smell like piss as you got off the elevator but other than that it was great 4 out of 5 stars

Check in was easy and the staff have been courteous. The hotel is nice and clean, however, the showerhead is broken and no one can fix it until tomorrow morning. How inconvenient not to be able to take a decent shower.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s really good for the area and the convenience. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff takes care of any issues promptly. Breakfast buffet could use some variety but à la carte is available as well. Some gym equipment however is not great. Both treadmills don’t work properly, definitely need updating…

I didn’t like the towels, the small ones, they were terrible and breakfast was not what I expected in a beautiful hotel . Other than that its good

All you expect at a good value, have stayed here a few times already and haven’t had any issues. Dining at the property options are ok, nothing special but nice to have.

Check in was great. Ms.Lynne Bassica was training a new employee, Kedrianna McKinney. Ms. Lynne provided excellent guidance and patience during the check in process. I was told if all that the hotel offered and hours. My room was great..large, clean, comfortable. My only complaints, that is no fault of the hotel, are the train and loud traffic sounds while sleeping.

I stayed at this property the weekend of Oct. 12-14 I thoroughly enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. Stephanie was so sweet and amazing during the brunch hour and Kelly was awesome as well during our dinner hour! It made the weekend even more enjoyable to have everyone so pleasant and helpful! Thank You Hilton Garden Inn for the very pleasant experience! Keep up the great work!!
