Hotel limpio, área con muchos lugares de comida bastante cerca y a 25 minutos en carro del PNC park

The desk personnel were great. The facility was filthy, mainly carpet. We stayed at this facility in February 2024 and they were transitioning to Wyndham. The signs are up, but inside the rooms are not as nice as they were then.

Peiple and service were great. Rooms were a little dirty by my standards but still acceptable.

This place was staffed by people that actually seemed to want your stay to go good and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were of decent space.

Room was good, clean.

When I arrived on my floor, the smell of weed and musty, combined with the poor condition of the carpet, made me skeptical of my decision. But once I got to my room everything changed, nice and quiet.

The property was convenient and dog friendly. The room and linens were clean (most important). The hotel was ok, it is in need of a refresh. Our stay was as expected for the price.

Close to shopping and main roads

I wasnt expecting dirty towels left in rm. Out dated bathrooms or the run down appearance. Stayed in many hotels by wyndom this is a sad rundown place. Was supposed to briing my 88yr old mother! I wouldnt bring bring my puppies here!

Very nice

There was a dirty towel and rag in our bathroom. Other than that everything else was great.. but that’s pretty inexcusable.

Very nice and convenient for our trip

Smelled like it may have been a smoking room. Gross smelling. They allow pets apparently as I heard barking a few times.

They have bed bugs. I was moved to another room. The front desk people are very nice.

First time stating staff was amazing

Good for one night stay. Room was clean but had cigarette smell , otherwise an economical place.

I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. The entire hitel smelled
