The hotel looked very new. Super helpful receptionist. Easy transfer to Bristol City Centre. Lovely breakfast - lots of choice. Snacks, tea and coffee in the room. All for a reasonable price with breakfast. What's not to like :)

Clean and calm room with field view full of Hares and Geese.
Clean bathroom, towels and sheets. Mini fridge full of water and too many snacks for free.
Swimming pool and gym were great and breakfast was perfect.

Great one night stay with family. Nice rooms, friendly staff, lovely pool and sauna, comfy bar and restaurant. Food was excellent - free for our toddler - and very nice breakfast. Thank you, we’ll be back!

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional. We also had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The only negative point was that the floor of our bathroom was slightly raised from the level of the bedroom carpet, to the point that both my wife and I caught our toes on it. Other than that it was an excellent visit.

My daughter (8) and I had a lovely stay at this hotel for an event close by.
The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, engaging my daughter in conversation about the toys she had brought with her and making her feel included and grown up.
We would definitely opt to stay here again if in the area, thank you!

Sadly check in delayed by 50 minutes. Initially given an option to downgrade to have alternative room without recompense. After half an hour offered complimentary drink and snack for inconvenience. We were not the only travellers waiting for check in despite arriving after 3pm. Rest of hotel experience good.

The hotel from the outside looks quite old and tired but on the inside it was modern and very clean-could not fault it. Breakfast and the service was fantastic.

Genuinely wonderful stay. Hotel refurbished to a high standard. Pool and fitness area absolutely spotless. Restaurant and breakfast both very good. Best of all were the staff, just fantastic service from beginning to end. Not an unhelpful person, not one person who didn’t go out of their way to make our stay a great one. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is really nice, bar area welcoming and great design, there is a pool and gym onsite.
The room was comfortable and there are extras included bottled water and snacks
Couple of bad points.
£5 to park over night.
The room still have a tub of fruit under the sofa bed not removed from a previous guest
We stay in Bristol regularly and would use this hotel again

I had stayed here before several times and it was looking shabby about 4 years ago. But since the refit it looks good. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean, warm and bright. Sometimes in hotels the rooms are a bit dim to make it cosy or I think to save on electricity but not here. The room compliments were free not always the case at other hotels. I have stayed in hotels were it’s £200 per night and they charge £5.00 for a bottle of water.
Well done Holiday Inn Filton a great stay… thank you.

The staff were so lovely and professional especially the lady who gave us a quiet room. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The only issue we had was with the mattress. Not only it was very hard but all the springs were digging into my body. For the second night I asked for a topper and they kindly provided me with one but that didn’t help much either as all the springs were still prodding me. Unfortunately I have come home with an aching body.
