From the breakfast to the staff- all was top notch! Facility was very clean. Easily accessible to mass transit- highly recommend!

Very good breakfast selection for both cooked and continental style breakfast choices, including non dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, with adjustable air-con and openable window, with a very good television, including iplayer and Freeview selection. Room well supplied with powerpoints, including integrated USB charge sockets. Only slight disappointments were no hairdryer in the room and a £5 per day parking charge, payable by app. The staff were without exception pleasant and very helpful.

Lovely clean jotel, friensly staff.

An excellent modern standard of decor throughout. Spacious bedroom crisp white linen and comfy pillows. We had an evening meal which we enjoyed. All staff especially those in the bar and restaurant areas worked very hard and provided excellent service. I would certainly return. Unfortunately no EV charger but staff directed us to the nearest points.

Well! Can I call it a hidden gem? I think I can. The exterior of the hotel may give a misleading impression as you approach it. However, once you step inside, it’s a whole different story! You’re greeted by a modern reception area, a spacious lobby, a pub, and a restaurant. Everything looks brand new, although I was informed that the full refurbishment took place about a year ago. The interior is incredibly spacious, making it comfortable wherever you choose to go. The furniture and appliances have a fresh, colourful, modern style that really stands out. The room was large and immaculate. There was just one minor design flaw in the bathroom: the heated towel rack was positioned above the toilet. I'm not sure why it was placed there. The variety and quality of the food were excellent. Plus, there’s a pool! Overall, my daughter and I loved our stay!

Liked friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Not happy with bathroom bin had not been emptied and floor was dirty. Food was quite pricey. Swimming lessons were happening in the pool - more a gym than spa experience.

Stayed here with my daughter (9) for the second time for Badminton Horse Trials and we had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is great with a lovely pool which we made good use of. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are fantastic!! Particularly in the restaurant and at breakfast. They went above and beyond to put on an early breakfast while we were there as we had to leave early for the event, and are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast options were brilliant and a bonus is that kids eat free in the restaurant for dinner! We will definitely stay here for the same event in future years and whenever we are in the Bristol area. Thank you!

Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and ample size for our 2 night stay. Stayed half-board and enjoyed every meal. Swimming pool was too busy at the time we appeared (due to a children's rugby club also staying on the Saturday) but we enjoyed the pool on Sunday when the hotel was far less busy. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a comfortable stay and staff are nice.

Breakfast was fantastic the rooms were clean the staff was polite only real issue was the shower doors leaking water outside the shower other then that was a great stay .

More information could have been provided upon registering, have had a better experience elsewhere.
