Very nice apartment! Loved the amenities and little gift provided to us. I would stay here again.

The location was too far away from all the attractions, not their fault mine. Their communication is all about how they can make money, give the bare minimum and treat you like a back packer. The welcome gift was a joke as 99% of places supply the 2 coffee pods, water, ear plugs? Small bag of chips.They have forgotten there is a customer involved.It was sad because it could be great. I would never ever stay at their chain ever.

Easy access

Everything was great, except for in the morning one of the bedrooms smelled pretty bad, like fish or something. We were leaving, so it wasn't a huge problem, but i could see it being an issue for others if that persists. Otherwise a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and updated.

Interesting self service concept. Two bedroom apartments were clean and equipped in case you cook. Very nice neighborhood.

It only had 1 bathroom for 5 people and lack of onsite parking.

Bed comfort about 2 out of 5, also, it would be nice better instructions for the secondary AC system

Amazing property! Clean, modern and lots of room. The customer service was excellent and always answered within minutes. Having the lockers for our luggage was a life saver and we locked them ourselves with our own codes.. The area around the place is great, with many restaurants and close to subways and busses. We felt very safe especially with code only entry. A must stay if you're in Madrid.

AC wasn’t working. There were over 30degrees Celsius outside and it took them one night to move us to another room.

This is a well organized, dependable and responsive property. We were able to store our luggage in easy to access and secure lockers. The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. Recommend the area - tons of legite Spanish food and drinks in area - best in Madrid. Close to two metro lines giving lots of easy access to the city
