Bobo's Hotel -charged me 197.00 X2. in a penalty fees for 2 rooms after we booked with the Expedia app, and immediately changed the date to the current date. So a 217.00 room plus 197.00 x 2 - We paid over 900.00 for one night for 2 rooms. I requested a refund through EXPEDIA- who said it was the Hotel that charged this amount. EXPEDIA - did not help, they are incapable of helping. They make it their mission not to refund or let you speak with anyone with the authority to help. BOBO's simply doesn't respond. While Expedia's one line is "that's the hotels Policy" A complete failure on both Bob's Hotel and Expedia.

Handy location for the metro, room was good, not big but plenty for what we needed which was to rest our head, etc.

Staff was courteous, room was clean and location was convenient.

The room was beautiful, I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating and all in all had a great time. I didn’t have their breakfast because I was always out so I don’t really know how that is to give it a proper rating.

Clean room , really lovely staff , close to everything including subway the lift is small but not an issue

No slippers, no refrigerator, cold floor, bad noise isolation from outside. Good bath, comfortable bed, a lot of space in the room, good location (not to far from Airport and center of the city), clean room

Room didn’t have spa or massages. Nor did it have laundry service.

The hotel was in a good location, false advertising about transportation to the hotel from airport even got an email from staff saying they would provide it. On arrival they said they had to update the info as it wasn’t correct and staff had given me wrong info. Also on checkout I asked for a taxi and front desk guy was rude he said he would call then couldn’t guarantee if I would have a taxi or how much it would cost as he was waiting for them to call him back after waiting for 20min I just got myself an uber and rude guy said do what you want then told me I paid too much for uber and taxi would’ve been a flat fee of $65 I said you couldn’t tell me the price earlier and you couldn’t guarantee me a taxi

Room was beautiful. A lot of hotel seems to be getting upgrades. Area is a little further out but Metro is close by. Staff needs more training. Old building with very minimal amenities.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The metro is just a few steps outside the door of the hotel and very convenient for day travel around the city.

Male cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room even though I told them not to clean it and also had a Do Not Distrub sign on the door. I was solo traveling and had the sign on the door when male staff just opened the door ignoring the sign and not knocking. Later, my credit card that was left in the room on the bed was used to make several chargers. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe with male cleaning staff having access to my room and coming in without knocking even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. He was eager to come into my room even though I told him not to several times. Very unconfortable experience.

The staff was very rude, waited over 2 hours to get a room. The lights in the room kept flickering and turning on and off. Terrible stay.
