Great location, and definitely affordable compared to other options. The room was clean and everything we needed for hiking Redwood National Park. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear pretty much everything from every room near us and it was extremely loud every single time a door closed.

Service and location was good, but the room was not very clean there were dust everywhere.

Great breakfast. I always get the same room with a view of fields and the sound of cows, delightful. Everyone I meet who works there is polite, friendly and helpful. I stay about every 3 months, my go to home in Humboldt.

Overall it was great! The staff was excellent🌟

Our stay was comfortable with clean towels and comfortable bed. The shower water pressure was great with comfortable water temperature. The location of the hotel was convenient for our visit to the surrounding area.

The stay was comfortable. The only issue that we did have, and we did informe the staff, was that the mini fridge did not work. We lost some really delicious leftover Mexican food and had warm drinks. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The desk employee, Victoria, was exemplary. She worked to get our room ready earlier than check in time. We really appreciated that. She was friendly, efficient, and compassionate.

#1 horrible how much the price gouging was for the college commencement. And then, to have to pay all that per night and not even have Wi-Fi that worked in the room. It connected, but wouldn’t even open a webpage to watch a streaming service. That hotel has seen better days.

I really enjoyed my stay, room was clean, bed comfy and I felt safe as a single woman. Easy options for dining close by.

Upon checking in, I waited in the lobby more than 15 minutes to get a receptionist to check me in. I arrived around 10:15 pm with a "5 minutes away" sign at the window. Clearly it was more than 5 minutes. When my husband and I got our room, the bathroom was nasty. There were hairs on the shower wall and floor. My husband noticed it when he turned on the shower. Whoever is the cleaning person, needs to do a better job. Breakfast was continental style. Cereal, yogurt, waffle, half sliced muffins, eggs, sausages, fruits and English muffins.

We actually didn't stay long. We had an unexpected need to spend the night in Arcata and this hotelwas a good option. It is close to grocery, gas, and restaurants. All of which we needed, and even got the complimentary toothbrush, etc. I would stay here again, but hopefully it will be planned! Employees were all very nice and helpful.

There is a slop sink in the breakfast room. There was trash piled up and a dirty mop bucket. Kind of gross

First time staying in a downstairs room At this location, and had the pleasure of experiencing a pack of morons upstairs who were either intentionally making loud noises Between 5 AM, and 6:30 AM…. Or just absolutely oblivious to the fact that other humans exist. Was very surprised how much sound traveled between the floors

Very friendy and welcoming front desk. Super clean room in great condition. These rooms could easily go for more than they are currently charging. Stayed at 7 different similarly priced hotel rooms on a two week road trip and this was definitely the best in every way. Will stay again when in the area.

Nice for a quick stay with a decent budget. Not the most up to date but you get what you pay for.

My room was great and clean. Tv did not work. Also, you cant get to the airport early with taxi or uber.
