There is a computer system needs to be upgraded. I was charged double. And they couldn’t tell me why i was charged double.

The roo. Was clean and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was prompt. The on site parking was very handy.

Clean and comfortable. Easy airport access. Breakfast a bonus. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was good. If you stay near the pool the rooms are very musty smelling. Lots of construction around the hotel.

Overall rooms look nice/ typical however I'm not sure what all gets cleaned between guests. When we opened the door it was very musty smelling. Even after running the ac for awhile, you can definitely still smell a difference between the hallway & room. Another thing was my 3yr old opened a drawer and found 3/4 loaf of bread, 4 hotdogs buns, mayo, ketchup & can of veggies. It also smells bad in the drawer, so not sure how long they have been in there for. No extra blanket/ pillows. They do have mini fridge & microwave so i guess that's a plus.

Convenient for traveling from DSM airport. Really liked that they start their free breakfast at 4:30 a.m. With early flights, alot of people miss the breakfast when it starts at later.

There was a dirty wash cloth in my room. Makes you wonder what was/was not clear every where else in it

The check in person was very helpful in locating my room and helping with getting the television set up to watch.

I had the front desk give me a wake up call which never happened. I had the front desk order a shuttle for a time in the morning. There was no shuttle at that time and the front desk person had to call the shuttle driver and order the shuttle. These things should really be corrected. Honestly I could have missed my flight in two ways due partly to the hotel staff, not good.

I had a great experience! The room was clean and smelled good. The check-in was super fast and the check-out as well.

Was suppose to stay here for 3 nights and left after not even 24 hours. The hotel smells extremely bad, and then we woke up from a nap and there were ants everywhere on the floor. Immediately packed our stuff and left after that.

The room smelled moldy, our ac didn’t work and the person at the front desk wouldn’t do anything for it. Gave us a can of air freshener and said that was all he could do. Didn’t care at all.

No customer service and room smelt like mold ac didn’t work and when we brought it up the owner offered us a can of febreze and said that was all he could do

Our room smelled, a really musty old smell. Towels were old and stained. Spider in our room.

Only thing I didn't care about was the very small parking lot.
