Great experience. had to come in a day later than planned due to a family situation. the hotel was very accommodating. Easy check-in and out. Very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was wonderful!

Staff - The night manage was watching basketball when I arrived and I had to ask him to help me. It was 8:30. The morning manager didn’t look up, say hello, and when I asked if there was hot water for tea, I was told the other lady takes care of that. The breakfast lady was very nice. Room - Beds sloppily made. I actually smelled the pillows to make certain the cases were clean. No lotion in the pump in bathroom. Nice hot water. Biggest issues (1) the thermostat is overridden by a management program. You can put it on whatever you want but wake up in the middle of the night and it will be HOT and (2) you will wake up in the middle of the night because light pours in through the window. It creates a wide halo around the edge of the blind because they do not overlap the window.

Very clean property all around. Rooms and common areas were very well groomed.

Property was great. Nice, clean. Its on a corner and traffic was heavy when arrived and a llitle confusing to get in parking lot after dark. But our room was great.

Hotel was recently renovated and looked great. Shopping and food nearby. Staff especially Jordan and Derrick made our stay such a nice experience.
