The air-conditioning had a smell to. It was a little bit wet. The breakfast room was never tidied after breakfast. There might’ve been a sweep or mop, but tables were so greasy and grimy. Front desk was very hard to reach many times they’re had to have been a callback. Hotel was nice. Hotel management was not accommodating to disability, I had called ahead to request a handy capable room. They had provided a room on the bottom floor, where the door was not flushed to the ground. It was up on a lift. I’d explain this would not be accessible as my mother had a mobile scooter. He had put us in a different room and said this room cost $20 more but just for me that that would be removed even though my mother‘s disability should’ve been accommodated.

New renovated rooms. I understand that they charge $20 for parking as it is very close to all attractions and business is business. However, There should be free or at least discounted parking for guests. Otherwise, everything is good.

This property needs significant improvements. The room was outdated and worn, with visible cleanliness issues from the moment we arrived. The linens looked used, the beds were uncomfortable and hard, the pillows were cheap and very gross, the amenities were minimal and poorly maintained. The building was loud at all hours, making it hard to rest. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the listing, and I cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition. If they would have given a refund I would have left to stay somewhere else. This was not even a 1star hotel.

The air conditioning was fine. The parking was safe but we were not told about the parking fees until we checked in. That fee should have been a part of the package and not another fee when you check in. We had to pay for parking per day.

I liked the room and it was quiet, the air conditioner was ok, l like it cold in the room but couldn't feel the cold unless I was right up by the window

I book this property with swimming pool for the kids... But the pool is under renovation... So unavailable... Pretty disappointing :-(

Pool is temporarily closed and we didn't experienced. Breakfast is great, my kids love it

hotel is in a good location, close to the action. the pool was not usable and no one told us, had our suits ready to go which was a disappointment.

Breakfast was good. Clean room kinda new, not bad for the price. Overall, we love it.

Showers not hot.

Pool is outdoor, tv is not working, no telephone to communicate in the front desk. Noisy environment( car revving, hearing other room conversation, not sound proof)
