The hotel location is great, but what made our stay even better was the staff. We had a few issues with our room and parking and the staff always resolved the issue. We eve had manager reach out directly to ensure our stay was comfortable. The pool and gym are nice, and breakfast is also okay. Would recommend this place 100%

I think they overbooked the rooms and there was no room available for me, they rearranged me to another hotel which is in the next building, so I can’t really leave a review to Hampton Inn since I didn’t use their rooms. The other hotel’s room was excellent though. Only negative point is the pool, they share the same pool for those 2 hotels and it looks to small and too shallow for adults and also there was a strong chlorine odour that can irritate your eyes and nose, I saw a couple of kids coughing there, not sure it was the chlorine though. Amazing staff, excellent breakfast and prime location! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

there was an irritant of sorts (atmosphere) in the room, that required us to vacate before my wife's sensitivities became overwhelming and requiring hospitalization. There was a dire lack of parking that is not identified when booking, go figure, we will not be booking there ever again, regardless of availability of accommodations in the area.

Overall our 2-night stay was good. Room was clean, spacious, dual window views, amazing bathroom and shower, etc. Breakfast the first morning was good, day two was terrible. No where to sit, not enough staff attending the amount of people in the dining area, long wait time for buffet items to be replenished, no cutlery (had to eat with a spoon), no coffee, etc. In short BAD. Where this hotel also falls short is the front desk service. Certain staff were abrupt and arrogant. It is also not explained upon check-in that rooms are only serviced every second day. We came back to our room the first day after being out and about to a room with not towels, no made bed, no garbage cans emptied, no coffee, etc. So, would I stay here again? Yes. Will I be more aware to ask certain questions upon arrival? Also yes.
