I've had my best experience ever for staying in this hotels. The room is quite spacey and got everything we needs like kettle and microwave, even the toaster inside of the room. The location of the hotel is very, strategic, surrounded by lots of foods and groceries also shopping mall. The front desk officer ASH helped me so much in registering my guest, he's funny and very helpful. The next morning when we checked out, I've met MOLLY, she's extremely cheerful. Both of them made my day. P.S: yes i'll take care of the duck. God Bless.

Very impressed with the hotel. They are super accommodating to us travelling with our dogs. We stayed here twice now for medical procedures at RIH, they have a medical rate that is very fair. The rooms are well equipped with toaster oven, larger refrigerator, actual plates cups and glasses. What I am most impressed with is that when my husband’s procedure got moved to earlier in the day, the day of the procedure and we no longer required our second night they offered to refund it no problem. Staff have all been super friendly and helpful.

We were in Kamloops for a couple of nights as i was getting Knee surgery. This place was convenient to the hospital as it was only about a 7 minute drive even during early morning rush hour. Great front desk attendant Molly. She was friendly & upbeat. Rooms were very clean & quiet. We could here a couple of door slam but rooms were quite soundproof. It is a pet friendly hotel & they really don't have designated pet free room so I was worried about pet smells in the room. No problem at all. I did request a room that hadn't had an animal in it for a least a week There is an elevator but it is outside as this is more like a Motel not Hotel. Even though my knees were sore we took the stairs.No Breakfast but lots of places to eat with in walking distance. I would recommend this place & would stay there again

Always love our stay here. Amazing service, Super frindly staff. The BEST coffee machine of ALL the Accent Inns (Burnaby and Victoria take notes and up your coffee game). Very unique, the duck theme and quirky messages all over the hotel. Very very very pet friendly. Treat your pets as well as any other guest. (PS... I have stayed here on multiple occasions and this is the ONLY accent inn of the 3 we stay at who will match 3rd party booking rates.. Burnaby and Victoria were quite rude about in when I phoned and emailed regarding this the level of service between this chains motels is VASTLY DIFFERENT. Best stay by far Kamloops. Worst stay by far Victoria although still okay)

Every room is Pet friendly! We also had bikes with us, and had more than enough room for them in our room. We got in late and the front staff was very friendly and informative. Sadly we didn’t have time for the pool or to look around much, but we did like the walk out rooms. The room is modern looking and the bed was very comfortable.
