This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy life to its fullest. The pools, the spa, the staff, the location and just about everything made this one of the best resorts we have visited. We can't wait to revisit.

Great trip!

The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open until 11 PM. The only dining option available was a restaurant next to the property, where we encountered cats lurking on our chairs and screeching in the tall grass beside our seats, which were on gravel. When we mentioned these issues to the public relations manager the next day, she informed us that the hotel was at capacity and seemed indifferent to our concerns because we were only staying for one night.

Room was great, the bar and restaurant at the pools were amazing, the only issue we had was at the beach, which still wasn't bad, just seemed more over crowded and understaffed as the rest of the property. Overall it was a great stay and an amazing way to relax and have options for food, pools, or being in the Mediterranean!

Bring mosquito repellent if you are planning on sitting outside as they are vicious this year and attack as soon as you sit down.

My wife and I stayed in this resort for 7 days get away. Staff were courteous, helpful and always pleasant to deal with. Room was fantastic with amazing oceanfront view. Clean, modern and well maintained. Amenities in the resort are very nice. We loved the private beach very much with the beautiful green and blue water as well as the out door main pool with the infinity view of the beach. Location is wonderful, secluded for relaxation but not too far from the Athens downtown which is about 40 Km drive. We rented a car during our stay and driving on that coastal road was amazing. Also it came handy to drive around and try local restaurants outside the resort. Over all, we had great time and we highly recommend it.

Property was ok. Lots of young families. Food and drinks were just ok.

We didn’t booked beach view room. But the Beach was good we love the water games for kids. Pool was good. Rooms: the bathroom was not good, smells like Sewer. The housekeeping service is not good I’ll give 2 stars. They don’t take care the rooms that good like others hotels. The day before of our checkout they skipped to clean our room. Front desk and belt mans are very friendly.

We were very pleased with how spotless the property was and with Dimitra in reception as she was able to offer an early check in and we could start our vacation stress free. Ioanna at guest experience was friendly, sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The beach bar is the only area where we encountered some conflicting information and staff was not on the same page.

Great stay thought the service at the breakfast was slow. Also good idea to have better coffee. Music at pool bar and beach was questionable.

We booked 2 rooms give us two separate buildings. That’s the biggest problem and nobody fixed the problem.

The upper pool and rooms were not only beautiful and well maintained, but it was perfectly convenient for families enjoying a quieter pool area. And the newly reopened beach bar and restaurant was PERFECT! Staff couldn't be nicer. A perfect way to start our trip in Greece!

Very nice accommodations.

Sound proofing in the rooms does not exist, you can hear everything from both the windows and the main door (corridors), it was very annoying and affected my sleep. Otherwise the staff are friendly the property is nice and offers decent value for money.
