Friendly staff quite central to the sightseeing

Rooms very humble. TV didn’t work the whole time we were there. Beds quite hard. Only one PowerPoint worked in the room.

The staff is amazing. Especially the young men working at the bar and at dinner. I would come next time I visit Italy. Guess from room 211

Staff willing to help with requesting taxi service. Staff with Multiple languages very helpful. Reception very clean with many seats available while waiting for check in.

Variety was great many choices and amounts.

Building was too old. Bathroom was leaking but breakfast was great. Staff were great and has a free parking. Close to transportation.

We stayed at the hotel for six days, and everything was excellent. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Jamal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Truly outstanding service!

The breakfast was amazing but the property is run down. The room smelled like a diaper, peeling paint, none of the shower jets worked, dirty walls, peeling wood in bathroom. Neighborhood was dirty, lots of trash and graffiti.

I would stay here again. Breakfast and service was great. They coordinated a shuttle to the airport for 75€ and there was always someone at the front desk who was always helpful.

Very clean and spacious room. We got the family room. Also free easy parking was a big plus.

Clean and nice

Staff were very friendly and assisted us whenever we asked. After we checked out they let us leave our luggage there and collect it at the end of the day for our flight.

The customer service was poor especially the first day we arrived receptionist was rude.No water given in the room to drink. The rooms are not sound proof you hear the noise from next rooms and corridor. Small insects are in the rooms.
