AWESOME

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was phenomenal—warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in until the day we checked out. The room was spotless, and the location was perfect. The only small downside was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. I would happily recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Located in a central place, walking distance to so many places to explore. The staff was very attentive to our every need.

We had a brilliant stay. Family of four. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel is beautiful and very well situated. Rooms clean and bright. Gym could do with some investment and attention but overall a wonderful stay.

We were lucky to get checked in when we arrived which was much earlier than expected. Staff was nice and attentive. Room was nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The only negative for me is that the bathroom echoes...use your imagination. The buffet definitely worth the extra $ to add only because the food is a bit pricey in general.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The shower was the only problem: the shower floor was very slippery. We put a towel on the shower floor so we did not have a fear of falling.

Center to the city easy to get anywhere, and amazing staff

Modern, clean, and perfectly located in the canal district. We were initially disappointed that our queen room was small and noisy, but after sharing our concerns with the front desk, they responded warmly and handled it wonderfully—upgrading us to a quieter, much larger room with a king bed at no extra charge. We couldn’t have been happier!
