Excellent staff, clean, very comfortable room. Very friendly towards our two small dogs.

Good hotel

Check in was easy with no issues, nice friendly/helpful staff. Restaurant adjacent, Hippopotamus, which staff recommended and was very good. Did not eat breakfast at hotel so no comment. plenty of free parking at hotel.

Firstly when walking in was greeted by a friendly , helpful lady, who could speak better English than me. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Lots of restaurants and easy to. Will be staying again.

Room definitely fit our needs and was very spacious. Unfortunately there was no safe or iron in the room which was disappointing. Food options are also very limited. The staff was nice however and spoke English very well.

Pluses: Free parking, clean rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to several restaurants, conveniently situated close to autoroute but not noisy. Negatives: Extremely loud Aircon, no milk with tea and coffee facilities.

Like many booking services, where the customer is a wheelchair user the options to book do not cater for this. On review the hotel offered wheelchair accessibility which is why I booked. In the event the room was great, but access to the restaurant was up 4 steps, which needed one of the helpful staff assistance and the hotel was located up a steep drive. Restataurant hours were limited; to conclude I would not have booked had this information been available.

At the end if its life. Nice staff but poor hotel. Only redeeming feature is closeness to the A13.

Was a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic

Room air con was unnoticeable even when turned right down. Beds were too firm for us. Room.could do with usb socket to allow devices to be plugged in without adaptors.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were a reasonable size and the beds were large and comfortable. I have no complaints for a one night stay. I did think the breakfast was very overpiced at 18 euros, though I believe it is cheaper if you book it at the same time as your room.

It was good for what we needed

Our room was too small for our needs one wheelchair user bath not shower disabled room only sleeps 2 people and we had our son with us he needs 2 carers so needed a room for 3 but they wouldn’t let us have the accessibility room 😡

Beside the COVID situation requesting a lot of distanciation, team was pleasant and nice.

Regularly use the hotel for business always clean with nice size rooms and staff are very helpful.

Good sized room and bed with excellent en-suite shower room. Restaurant not open weekends but does have several eateries nearby. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Breakfast expensive@ 15 euros per person. Altogether pleasant stay. Thanks.
