Nice and helpful staff. Lots of noise from the hallway…actually no one can sleep after 7am because of the noise from the elevator and people in the hallway. There is no insulation on the walls.

Room is NOT clean, I have seen hair from previous guests on the bath tub and around the sink. I got the Expedia welcome message and instructions in Spanish only. This contains essential information if you are visiting with a car. The day of the checkout, I wanted to exit the parking garage with my car, no one from the staff opened the gate, I had my wife going to them and asking for someone to open up.

Comfortable and clean room. Fantastic location, everything was walkable. The view from our room was beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of food to choose from. There is underground parking on-site, but it will be difficult to park later in the evening with a larger car. My kids helped guide me in and out and it worked but it took 10 minutes, it was comical but we made it work!

Clean room, friendly staff, and great location. Parking instruction is clear and easy to follow. Breakfast is average - limited options. Our triple room is very small, not enough space to put luggage. Only suitable for a one night short stay

The location is great, the staff is nice, and the lobby and rooms are pretty. My room was clean as well. A big complaint though is that I could hear my neighbors through the vents in the bathroom to the point that it sounded like they were in the same room as me. The noise from the hallway was also significant.

Very nice hotel, right in the heart of the old city yet very quiet at night. The room was spacious and very clean with a proper hairdryer!! The buffet breakfast was well worth paying for, offering a nice selection of hot and cold dishes, teas, coffees and cakes. The only fault we had were the beds. Very very soft and did not sleep well at all. Aside from that, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the fact that it was superbly close to the Mezquita Cathedral... Would definitely come back here again.

Great hotel with comfy bed, fantastic view of the Mesquite, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the main attraction and everywhere else. Breakfast is ok, no great hot options, but it was decent. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was perfect! It had great parking options (parking garage below hotel), beautiful, clean rooms, and was right in the middle of the city center. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed at 4 different hotels during our trip to Spain and this was the best one. Would recommend 10/10!
