My staff was great and the property was nice. Most enjoyable part of my visit was the staff, they were gracious, helpful and remembered my name on sight.

Ceilings were leaking around the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable

It was clean , easy and fast to check in , but no breakfast

The staff here was very helpful, quick and friendly. They were very clear on everything and made us feel very safe and comfortable. They were fast and officiant and never missed a beat with cleaning, answering the phone and being ready and eager to help at the front desk. Will definitely come back to this hotel again. keep up the good work!

We had problems with the key couple of times to open the door but other than that was ok

The room was clean, cold a/c but there wasn't any free coffee in the lobby. It would be nice if there was. Overall a great stay.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. I wasn't expecting laundry facilities which was a very nice surprise.

Good location close to airport. Dining options within a short drive. Comfortable and attractive room. Breakfast is not free.

The room is very clean. However, the bed is uncomfortable because the fitted sheet was very rough, and felt like pilling and itchy. The a/c was loud. As a result we didn’t have a good sleep. Only pastries were offered for breakfast instead of a choice of warm breakfast .

Staff was very helpful and nice. We miss the complimentary breakfast

Short stay for New Year’s Eve celebrations. Felt safe, comfortable, accessible, and welcoming.

The first room had a smell to humidity. So we asked to be moved and it was done with no questions !

Easy access from airport right across the street. Clean, comfortable bed and serves its purpose of an overnight stay across from the airport, no complaints

Payment complications

Hotel was nice, clean ; our dog was welcome, I was not used to needing to buy breakfast. Staff at the desk very nice.
