The hotel is located downtown which suited us for convenience. However it was a sketchy area. (random people hanging around outside.) The carpet in the room felt damp. The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. But the bed was made up 'short' - it was difficult to pull the covers up to shoulder. The hotel offered shampoo conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles. Sadly the pump on the shower gel was broken.

There hotel is old, dirty carpets with stains. The area around is very unsafe feeling with lots of street people around wandering at all times of night

Upon driving up to your hotel, we saw a homeless encampment next to the hotel. I felt unsafe at this hotel. When we went to bed to sleep, our sheets were wet at the bottom so we had to get another set of sheets to cover the wet. The shower was awful! There was a leak in the shower head pouring water out of the shower onto the floor. Im not impressed with this hotel at this location. I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately 😔

Lots of homeless out front during day and night. No hot food in breakfast (unless you count microwaved egg sandwiches).

Nice hotel rooms. Very clean. I would stay here again.

Not in the best area of town

Room is clean, facilities clean but needs updating

The staff at reception were really great. However, the property could use a bit of reno and touch ups. Please clean the floors in the breakfast area so they are not always sticky.

Liked everything except the area. A lot of homeless people and didn’t feel safe walking back from restaurant at night.

Good hotel for the price point. Was clean and comfortable. Some folks might not be comfortable with the character of the neighbourhood - many homeless people unfortunately. But I was outside walking several times and did not have any problems. I would happily stay here again.

The staff was so friendly, unfortunately the area is incredibly unsafe and the nights were filled with noises. Car was not safe despite gate- drug users go into the garage whenever cars open the gate.

Run down and service desk a bit stand offish Location good but a little scary out front .. fights, swearing etc

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is that I asked for a late checkout, and there seem to be some confusion between the person that checked me in and the staff that was on the day of my departure and they called my room two times Asking when I was checking out so that was just a little annoying
