They were in the middle of renovation when we arrived, so no elevator! Minor inconvenience for us, but felt bad for others. They did offer refunds, but no discounts! Room was nice, clean(on the 3rd floor). Bed & pillows were comfy. Only complaints, minor, toilet ran unless handle jiggled & you could hear shower in adjacent room. Breakfast was great, staff super nice considering the circumstances. Would stay again!

I stay here every time I come to Utah, I love this hotel! It’s even better with the renovations, the room was really nice. I love the breakfast, the pool/hot tub is nice, good cleaning service, quiet at night. The area has many restaurants nearby and Target a 5-minute walk. Free city bus service right outside the hotel. I’ve never even shopped around, I just book here :)

Reliable, easy check in especially with pets

When I had to pay over $200 a night to stay, I expected a much nicer place. The employees were excellent and it was clean. However, the place needs updates, especially the bed. It was very worn down and when I looked at the mattress, it was extremely old. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels this year and never paid over $150 that we’re very nice and updated. With excellent breakfast unlike this one. This was not up to the standard especially for $450 for two nights. Won’t stay again.

Weakens long cr trip twice each Arrived exhausted. Was welcomed by an extremely kind woman at the front desk. Was given a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was great for an early departure at 6:00 a.m.

We have stayed here many times. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast as well.

Unfortunately they were in the middle of construction and it was difficult to find the entrance which was in a side door and down a hallway. The side door was propped open when I arrived around 10:00 p.m. This was a little concerning for the safety of the people staying at the hotel; particularly since you had to walk past a whole row of rooms to find your way to the front desk. Also, could not have been very quiet. I have stayed here before, it's a nice place, construction is inevitable, I can imagine hard to keep clean. It just felt creepy and dirty this time. The staff was wonderful and kept cheery despite being in a work zone and that inconvenience. Not enough parking due to construction company's equipment everywhere so had to park at another hotel and walk over . Look folks, this is a nice place ...usually and I'm sure after the construction it will be even nicer. Just some major safety concerns during this stay due to construction.

Other than paying to park, hotel was centrally located. Walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants.

It was alright the shower took a very long time to get warm and the shower head was broke. The pool is ice cold and my child would not go in. Bed was a bit hard but other than that it was a good stay and the front desk staff was amazing

Friendly staff

Rooms definitely need updated. But the stay was good.

The front desk gal was super friendly and helpful which makes a big difference from the very beginning. The room was nice and comfortable. Loved being given the option of location of the room as well.

There was dog poop on the floor of our room when we arrived!

Very disappointed in Hampton. Usually I can depend on Hampton but they need to step it up here. Very badly needs updated. Very bad smell and run down furniture in lobby and breakfast area.

Love this place

Room HVAC did not work. Room would not adjust to either the thermostat or the controls on the unit it self. Room was very uncomfortable, either way to hot or cold.
