You expect to class a class A service when you at a class A price, but they served us dirty towels wit Po-p in it, and not even allowed us to Cntact the manager or any kind of retract for it. We were just completely ignored.

I want to start by thanking the staff! The stay was really good and we did enjoy staying in copacabana as it made it easy to travel to the turisty stuff. My only concern is the hotel being considered a 4 star I was expecting more… I wouldn’t consider rio othon a 4 star. Other that that no complaints!!

The location being right by the beach was the best thing about this hotel. When we arrived, check in was great. We were placed in our room at 3pm and we were greeted by TWO roaches. We quickly went downstairs and they came and sprayed and removed them. After a couple of days of

Some of the personal were rude. The breakfast was not the beast. Drainage in the bathrooms (sinks) weren't working good. We saw cockroaches in the rooms.

Check in was super slow. Only two people checking guests in at check-in time and each one seemed to take 15 minutes and a couple of walks back and forth to a back office where they typed things in to a computer!? The WiFi was slow and didn’t remember guests after a few minutes which required signing in several times a day. The rooms were dated. You have to walk to the beach to get a towel even if you weren’t going to the beach across the street. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and the breakfast had tons of choices! Can’t beat the location and the views from the top!

Nice affordable place near Copacabana Beach.

The amenities and the location were unbeatable. The concierge was also extremely helpful.

The location, the Skylab and roof top swimming pool, the gym (which was undergoing an update), the Wave beach club, the breakfast food selection and especially all members of staff, primarily Joao Alfonso on reception and Carmen who looked after my room. All staff were great and professional at all times and were so helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Please note, some room refurbishment is underway, so a little noisey during the day.

Terrible. The room had a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. It was reported to reception, and they only apologized. No action was taken.

After the first night on the hotel I found a bestie on the room I report to the reception and changed me the room but i didn't relax all the rest of my holidays

The property is nice as it is next to beach. However they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. The WiFi also sucks.

Having coffee in the 30th floor looking at the surf was fantastic! Beautiful pool and solarium as well!
