Harborview room was awesome

Clean room, a little on the edge of the downtown. Something that stood out was they didn’t have hand soap in the rooms. We asked for a bar and the housekeeper said they don’t have that. Odd.

We skipped breakfast. But the underground parking is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was lovely. Only problem was I booked a harbor view room which I paid extra for however there weren’t any available when I arrived.

The warm cookies at check in were a nice touch. I wish I’d read the fine print to realize I’d be paying for parking. All in all a decent stay.

I have checked into a lot of hotels over the years, can’t ever say I’ve felt more unwelcome to be staying there at check in than this.

Great place to stay.

Room was just ok. The lighting was very poor and the dresser was weirdly shaped so it wasn’t user friendly. They did not have the toiletries stocked and soap and tissues were empty.

On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them. I am a long time, fairly frequent, independent, traveller and have never, ever, been refused an account on checking out of a hotel. I still have no idea what items I have been billed for, or the total cost. I only booked and paid Expedia for my room. I am extremely unhappy about this.
