This property is diagusting. I had rented two rooms to fit my family asked for adjoining rooms or side by side. As other room had minors in it wasn’t given. Rooms are nasty sheets had not been changed sand and hair and stains on sheets, ceiling leaking water on bed and down wall, phones in room don’t work, half of the lights in room don’t work, floors are filthy I walked across floor bare foot and my feet were black. Tv remotes not work. Drunks sitting around on sidewalks outside rooms yelling and hollering. This place is ghetto.

We booked this hotel for our first trip to Destin and it was perfect. It was close to everything, staff was beyond helpful and so nice, it was just what we needed for our quick family get away. We would stay here again. It’s a great place for a more reasonable priced place to stay.

My stay was great. But when ask for more covers at night they didn’t have none they didn’t ask if we need towels or if our trash needed to be gotten out. But for the price it was worth it. They did try to charge me 350 more then what I was told and said I should get it back in a few business days I said no and the beach is not walking distance might as well drive to the public park then walk

We had a great time. Welcomed with a smiling face. Only issue really was the coffee was out one of the nights. And the front desk girl that night was not interested in helping me. She stayed on her cell phone. I was able to turn the coffee maker back on. She stated it’s always turned off. It was on the other nights. I added a pictures.

Property is atrocious, drove to Tallahassee rather than spend the night. My refund was denied, steer clear.

The room was absolutely filthy it reeked of smoke and what seemed like body odor. Before taking a shower I put a full size bath towel down on the shower floor when I came out I used it to shuffle my way across the floor to the bed so I could sit on the bed without touching the floor the bottom of the towel where my feet were was black the place was absolutely disgusting molding coming off of the wall holes behind the door where the door knob had been covered by a piece of wood that been painted over rust coming from the shower head only half of the nozzles actually working the place was absolutely disgusting.

This hotel was by far the dirtiest one we’ve stayed at. Pictures online look decent but in person it was bad. The floor was so dirty and the bed feels like it was 80 years old, caved in and messed up my back

Don’t recommend, over priced for the room. Room was dirty, drinks left in the refrigerator, clear debris on the floor. Needed somewhere to stay and there was no refunds. Pictures was nothing like the actual room. Tv didn’t work, iron was broken and covered in rust. Towels were stained. There was an opening between the door and floor.

We were excited for the extra space… but that quickly fell flat. The room was filthy- sand on the headboards, dirty floors and baseboards, grime and dust (obviously not cleaned) piles of dust under edges of beds/corners, items left by travelers under beds, fridge had hairs inside on the shelves, toilet lid was cracked and propped on top, lighting bathroom didn’t work…found bugs in the closet.

It’s a dump.

I went with my daughter for mom, daughter vacation, and we had the best time. Beautiful water, lot of things to do. The hotel was great. The ice machine didn't work, but I that's fine with us. It was clean, comfortable, and the management was really nice

The room was dirty as we walked in. Floors had not been cleaned and it smelled like smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free room. Sheets had stains and the towels were dirty. Fridge as dirty and full of freezer burn.

hair dyer is broken -Smoked & i almost got electrocuted. Also telephone is broken, room smelled like prior guest was smoking.

The service was very friendly and profession! I was impressed by the front office staff. The accommodations were adequate. The conditions were poor (sink faucet was completely loose, paint job rough, and everything pretty old)…but we slept and were safe. It did the job.
