The view was the HVAC system on top of a roof. I am not sure how we keep getting these types of rooms with Hilton. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast and we highly recommend! Don’t expect to do laundry here. We were told this Hilton does not have any laundry amenities. Quite surprising for such a large Hilton and a major inconvenience for people traveling with kids for sports tournaments. The area is a bit sketchy, especially at night.

I don't know why we were given a handicap room but it was awkward - gel/shampoo in shower was very low and unless you are in a wheelchair, hard to reach. Room opposite the elevator and noisy obnoxious people came in at all yours Saturday night (Friday not as bad or I would have requested change). Ice machine extremely noisy. Breakfast buffet was good but not many seats (several large groups, sports teams).

Terrible stay. Must have been an annoying children convention in town. Kids running up and down the halls until 11pm, screaming, slamming doors. Staff seemed indifferent. Just wanted to get some sleep, but I guess that’s too much to ask for. Asked for an hour late check out to catch up on the sleep I lost - gentleman at the front desk said absolutely not, bleh.

It was good. No complaints. Except the bartender at the party fir my nieces graduation he was rude. People said to me.

The good: The staff here is INCREDIBLE! Please do not change a thing. Everyone is so nice so accommodating, and so sweet. Just that alone will insure that I will absolutely be staying here again. The restaurant was great as well! The not so good: Though the place was very clean, there was a smell in the hallways, I don’t know if it was the carpets or what..but it kind of Smelled like musty water. And that’s pretty much the only thing that would make not want to stay there.

The location of the property was in a great location, with easy access to restaurants. I was there for a conference, and the facilities were great.

If you have business downtown Harrisburg, the Hilton is a great option to consider. It met every need I had. I would reccomend the Hilton. It was an excellent choice.

In the evening after a certain time there is no dinning options available. Everything is closed.

First time in Harrisburg. We are here for a quick overnight trip. The hotel is amazing, staff is excellent. Very clean, VERY BEAUTIFUL!! Hotel bar/restaurant top tier!!

I thought the property was great. In was in a perfect location too.

What a lovely experience the room was beautiful. The staff was great. The restaurants were fabulous and we went to the Whitaker Center and saw a band and everything from Start to finish was wonderful
