Beautiful hotel, wonderful bar!!! The staff at the hotel are excellent.

Problems at check in. Room not ready shower leaked hot water took 5-10 to get to the room

The cost of food and drinks was over the top so did not use the bar or restaurant as a result. This made it slightly inconvenient, But still enjoyed our stey.

Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.

This is my second time stay in this hotel .. love everything about it but the hotel needs renovation.

Kind and efficient service, above and beyond (w/small exception of restaurant - menu and food are terrific, service was solicitous but so-so in terms of efficiency) - room was comfortable and quiet, had everything I needed.

Amazing location on park avenue near shops, restaurants and beautiful Central Park.

The staff was terrific about storing my luggage while I ran to an event. I did not really get to experience all of the amenities of staying at the hotel, due to limited time. The room was very nice.

Really loved the stay and service. The burgers at the restaurant also unexpectedly amazing!
